Holiday rentals with a patio in Oberkrämer

Sascha's flat was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The shower was fabulous. The outdoor patio was lovely, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. The pictures don't do it justice!

Communication with Katrin before/on arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were personally received by her very nicely and kindly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees around it. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect the reality:-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels in the bathroom were ready and even garden furniture and a barbecue were available. There is a lockable garden house for the bikes and a parking lot at the house. For us, the perfect domicile for 11 days cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, hence 5*****

A super cozy, idyllically located apartment that can only be described as "high-end". Everything you could need is there, and in the best quality. Once you're there, you'll be tempted to stay on the property with its magnificent large garden and many lovingly arranged seating or lounging areas...

We really liked the apartment. It has top-notch equipment. The contact with the host was very good. There was fast, very good and helpful communication. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is: highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

This apartment is just wonderful in every way, the views are spectacular! The location is perfect, everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance. Norman is a great host and very welcoming. I think this might be the best apartment I've ever stayed in! 5 star all the way.

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. Fabulous house in a nice suburb of Berlin with easy access to the city and surrounding area by car (I didn't use public transportation so can't comment on that). Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Loved the mattress and the shower and the sound system. There were no downsides! The dartboard was also fun to have. Benjamin was a great host. He and his family live there much of the time so I was lucky the place was available!

Carola is very friendly, attentive and a great hostess. Her house has two separate bedrooms with good beds, a lovely shower and a small kitchen where you can sit together comfortably. If you take the forest path, you will be at the Lidl and the adjacent Heiligensee station in 5 minutes. The Sbahn takes you to Brandenburg Tor in 35 minutes. We picked up fresh bread rolls from Lidl in the morning and had breakfast on the train, ideal. Upon returning from the city, you could still quickly do some shopping. There is a great pizzeria opposite the station. And then after all the hustle and bustle of Berlin, you can relax in your own home. We had wonderful days! Thank you Carola!

We felt completely comfortable at the place! The apartment was spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need – especially the kitchen was well furnished. There was nothing missing! The hostess was very friendly and warm. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful short break in the house in the fields! The house and garden have been designed with a lot of love and style and offer the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in the middle of nowhere. Katinka was a great host, always available, helpful and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

A truly generous building with a large, venerable dance hall, incl. Screen, sound and a good projector - a pretty garden with a pond and a lake view. Everything is very nice and stylishly developed. Flawless internet and SmartTV in almost all 7 bedrooms. Wow! Modern kitchens, all appliances are of the finest quality. Washing machine and dryer, ideal for small children. The mattresses are great and the bedding is nice and cozy. Kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. Everything is really comfortable, they really spared no expense in furnishing the accommodation. The garden is spacious. However, you are very close to the neighbors - 14 people & campfire & red wine until 1 a.m. is therefore rather forbidden. Also because of the obligatory mosquitoes, of course. And the access to the lake is swampy... but there are very nice swimming spots, about 10 minutes by car. Canoe and SUP were also available, it was fun!

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We had a great time at this place. It was much bigger than expected and had everything we needed and more. It’s located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. communicated well! and were accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! Thanks to the whole family!

I was with my siblings in the accommodation and we felt very comfortable! Clean, good amenities, welcome gifts, cozy corner on the balcony, large bathroom. From 5 people it will be a bit sporty in terms of space, but it is definitely feasible. A place to unwind and feel good!
