Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Since July 2018, we have operated 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over Lake Beetz, access to the on-site beach and a boat mooring just a 5-minute walk from the holiday property. The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. However, when the last step is completed, you will be rewarded with a fantastic terrace with unobstructed views of the Waren city harbor. This is even more beautiful than in the photos! Right in the center, but relatively quiet.
