Beautiful, spacious house with a great view of the lake. We loved all the amenities that were provided.

Nice clean large space. All the necessities are provided. We really appreciated the very large dining table. Plenty of space to eat and play games or do puzzles. The back deck has great views and we sat out there most nights. It is super quiet there & we enjoyed the hot tub. We did not have any issues while we were there but Dana checked to be sure all was ok with our stay. Lots to do in the area with Hocking Hills state park nearby. We also did some shopping in nearby Logan. We would stay again if the opportunity arises.

We came to relax and got exactly what we were looking for. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for an amazing couple nights. The location was nice because you feel like you have privacy without being too far from the local hiking spots. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating giving us all the information we needed prior to check-in. Overall an amazing place and a great option for a Hawking Hills getaway!

We only had the pleasure of staying at Whitney's Place 1 night but it was absolutely beautiful. We had some user error issues checking in, sent a text and 2 minutes later Dad came to help!! Enjoyed talking to him and hope to have time for that beer 🍺. The home is located on a lovely, meadow like lot surrounded by trees. We enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch listening to nature. When we walked in we were impressed at the tasteful, high quality decor and excellent use of space! The loft was fun and very cozy and the master bedroom was LUXURIOUS with a quality mattress and plush linens. The bathroom was spotless and had a spa like vibe with fluffy towels and little extras. The host provides great assortment of games and books, no issues with WI-FI or streaming. The hot tub is awesome, I love ❤️ the little walkway to the tub and the view was like something from a Walden poem. Whitney's Place is a 10/10 if you are looking for a rural getaway with all the amenities!

I booked are stay for our 7 year wedding anniversary. My husband and I have never been to hocking hills before. This place was amazing. The Cabin was stylish with all the amenities on site you needed. Each cabins has its own hot tub that was warm and ready to use when we arrived. I found the cabins to be pretty private as there are a few other cabins on site. The hot tub overlooked the wooded area at our cabin which was cool to watch all the wild life. The place was to beautiful and relaxing we didn't even miss there was no TV. The cabin is about 30 min from any attractions. We didn't really mind the drive to Hocking hill park do to the beautiful country drive. I would highly recommend staying with the Wilders. We will definitely be turning.

We loved our stay at Lori’s cabin! One of my favorite trips to date. This cabin is perfect for a weekend at hocking hills. Very close to cedar falls and old man’s cave. Very quiet with a beautiful view of the summer sunrise. The cabin itself was very thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. Loved it!

We were looking for a quaint little cabin to have a “staycation” and this was the perfect fit! Love the private space and huge front yard for our dog to play in! Wish it was a little closer to Hocking Hills but it was beautiful by itself!

We had the best time at Mia's cabin! The setting was so peaceful and really let you be present in the moment. Definitely take the AWD warning seriously, the drive is steep. But if you like adventure and are looking for a remote, forest get away not that far from Columbus this is the perfect spot. So close to hiking at hocking hills!

Absolute hidden gem! Close enough to all of the nearby trails to visit and the hosts were always responsive and proactive with everything. The location itself is beautifully hidden away and makes you feel right at home within nature. Definitely recommend!

You couldn't ask for more when staying at the Basecamp. The cabin has all the amenities you can think and then some. We were really blown away with the cleanliness and attention to detail as it truly felt like we were staying at a cabin built with hospitality in mind. The Basecamp features an attached 2 bathroom building with separate showers. The cabin itself provides many different clean cooking utensils, a private restroom (no shower), dishwasher, refrigerator, board games, and an intuitive guide book on the cabin and local recommendations. If you're a mountain biker and are looking to ride Bailey's trail system, look no further. It is situated in such a place that you can either bike up the road to the top to ride down the trails, cut in down the road at Wild Turkey, or bike down to the bottom and climb back up the trails. Should we come back down to Bailey's, the Basecamp is the only choice to stay.

Great cabin and very close to Strouds run. The hot tub was in great condition and it was clean throughout. My family really enjoyed our time there, and we loved that there was no wifi! A true retreat!

Overall we had an excellent stay. The tranquility of the location is exactly what we were looking for. David was very specific on communication as well which made finding the place and checking in very smooth.

The place was as described. It was beautiful and peaceful. We took our dogs and they love the surroundings. It was just what we were looking for.

Very peaceful and private location close enough to Hocking Hills. Beds were amazingly comfortable and we had a great rest after long hikes. Plenty of space to spend time all together in the living room, on the deck and to rest from the crowd in separate rooms. We loved to spend evenings grilling dinner, playing corn hole next to the fire while making marshmallows and watching stars. Hot tub and big shower room were such a blast.

The treehouse cabin was beautiful and peaceful, the outdoor shower was amazing and the trails were a great way to start the day.

A perfect, peaceful place to spend the night during OU freshman orientation! Extremely clean and wonderful AC (very welcome after spending the day in 100 degree temps!). While it feels like you are way out in the country, it's only a 12 minute drive back to Athens- it was a wonderful respite after a tiring day. Thank you for being such a wonderful host! I hope to stay again sometime!

Anita was an incredible host, attentive and accomodating. her home was beautiful and Sunday morning we saw a wild turkey walking across the back yard, absolutely stunning location.

This cabin is was a great place to stay for what we needed it for. Cozy and accomodating.

My friends and I rented this property as a getaway for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of my friend's partner. This rental was truly lovely and relaxing. We found the property very clean and the beds/couches were comfortable. It was very private and we loved getting to use the ATVs. It's hard to be sad when you're ATVing and hot tubbing with your best friends. The property was also very close to many of the Mothman attractions we came to town for. We would definitely stay again. And Spooky the cat was so friendly. We are a bunch of animal-lovers, so he was a welcome friend during our stay.

Bean's Place was beautiful. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home, and it was close enough to all the things we wanted to do in the area. We would definitely stay at Bean's Place again.

Where do we start?! We are just so glad we selected Dogwood Ridge Farms for our family stay for a long weekend getaway this spring. From start to finish, the experience was beyond our expectations and Jason was the most responsive and courteous host. the cows and donkeys greeting us and our getting to feed them each day was a hoot. The property is gorgeous (and evolving!). We hope to book another trip with extended family and use some of the cabins that were built on the expansive property as well. It was the perfect place to relax between our daily excursions to local family-friendly hikes. We had so much to do on the property which is stocked with games, DVD, hot tub, firewood and more. I had my hesitations about how comfortable a barn would be but it was very comfortable! Great wi-fi, HVAC and very stocked with anything you might need. Photos don't do it justice. We wish we didn't have to leave! Magical.

I had a very peaceful birthday here with my kids! It was the perfect getaway. I loved the hot relaxing hot tub . I loved being out in nature and we even built a beautiful fire pit while listening to all the birds :) loved the tub in the bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. It was a perfect cozy stay.
