This lovely house is within walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Welcome to Solgläntan, a charming extended station quarters of 90 sqm. On the entrance floor, a kitchen, living room, bedroom and newly renovated bathroom are included. Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Seaside cottage with wood-fired hot tub

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är nyligen renoverad. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning och med havet inpå knuten. 300 m bort finns en badbrygga med stege och ca 500 meter finns en sandstrand. Vi har vedeldad badtunna. Möjlighet finns att hyra en vedeldad bastu i närheten. I stugan finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med kamin o lvp, kök och badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsladdare kan ev lånas. Här hoppas vi att ni kan skapa nya fina minnen.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.
