Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The property is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

The cottage is next to other houses but with access to two private patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cottage there is a hot tub/hot tub for booking. The environment is calm and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples who want a relaxing beautiful environment to stay. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 m from the cottage. Rock bathing and sandy beach are in the immediate area (car).

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
