Our vacation in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours mostly only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, gas station. Friendly, attentive care by Ms. Kerstin. Will gladly come back!

The large house with many rooms, large kitchen with large dining room and many toilets, suited us older people well. It was calm and quiet around us with a rural environment.

Everything was just like in the photos. The place was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Communication with the host was exceptionally friendly and easy-going. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We stayed here for a weekend trip with a group of 15, and the house exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. we especially loved the outdoor dining area with lovely tables ideal for enjoying meals together. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a cozy spot!

Very beautifully located cottage with a good floor plan and everything you need. Close to both business and central Trosa and to nature. Nicoline is a nice and communicative host. There is a TV in one of the lofts that is not listed in the description. Large herds of deer in the area! Up in the loft, many surfaces were unfortunately strangely sticky (maybe too much detergent?), but it was easily fixed.

We celebrated my mother's 70th birthday there and were very pleased! (8 people, all over 20 years old) Private location and fantastic environment. Everything was fresh and nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. That there were so many toilets and bathrooms was a very big plus for us, all were nice and felt new. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need, it was made to accommodate many people, for example 2 Moccamaster, 2 toasters, several grills both gas and charcoal. Large plot with plenty of room for games, we appreciated most kubb down by the water and Discgolf/Frisbee golf, there were two goals or whatever it is called. We also used the wood-fired sauna, which was a big hit, and there was also a bathing jetty with a ladder if you did not want to bathe from the cliffs. Highly recommend this accommodation and Cristian as a host. I would also like to send a plus to his mother, who was the one who showed us around and told us many stories about the place.

Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialize at the same time. In addition, it was perfect for saunas, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun by the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. Everything and a little more was available for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will gladly come back again!

We had a fantastic time at Kira's place. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and lots of privacy. Still, close enough to Nyköping and other fine places such as Trosa where we found good restaurants. We made various walks in the many nature reserves in the neighbourhood. The house itself is great, spacious and tastefully designed, with fine views from all rooms and a big garden where you can enjoy the sunny times. The perfect place for a perfect holiday! We had a great stay at Johanna and Jen's house. The house was great and had everything we needed. The house was perfectly located so we could easily go into central Norrköping or Kolmården for a day excursion. Was also popular that the daughter got to borrow the toys - it was extra fun! The pool was used very often and was very easy to manage. Overall a very lovely stay and we can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you!
