Very quiet, everything very clean, we would definitely rent it again and the price is worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location off the strip with free shuttle service to the strip. Room on the 6th floor, very quiet. Very clean room with a stocked Kitchenette. Nice pool area with adult pool with pool bar area as well as a family pool. It was 104 degrees out when we stayed so we spent lots of time at the pool. Highly recommend.

Met all expectations and beyond. Fantastic space.

Wonderful stay in Vegas.

This was the perfect place for me and my two friends to spend the weekend in Vegas for a friend’s wedding. The condo was spotlessly clean, had comfortable furniture and nice hot showers, with great A/C for the hot Vegas days. The dedicated parking spot outside the unit was useful since we had a rental car. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the convenience of being next door to the Sphere, which was our destination. We were able to also walk to other locations, such as the Arte Museum. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable, quiet space and property amenities, such as the restaurant, market, pool, and luggage storage. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed to brew morning coffee, warm up leftovers and otherwise get ready for wherever we were going next.

Our stay was wonderful, any questions or concerns that we had were answered very quickly. the pool area was clean, I would stay here again.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of the strip. It’s worth checking out the amenities at the Cosmopolitan which is attached. So many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk and a Walgreens. Room was comfortable and met all our needs.

LaToya was very responsive and able to assist us with our accommodations. The unit was clean and quiet. Onsite market place and coffee stand made it easy and convenient for food/drink needs.

Perfect location and room was just as described. Sin City Travel was very responsive and provided clear instructions before my arrival to ensure that my check in process was quick and stress free. Will definitely be returning!

This was the perfect place for our birthday get together, there were 5 of us and everything was close to the strip and attached to the Cosmopolitan hotel which made walking around very simple. The condo was set up perfectly for us and we did not feel crowded. We had groceries delivered by Target and they were able to find it easily. I was scheduled to arrive in vegas before the rest of the group so that I could check everything out and receive the groceries, unfortunately, my flight was delayed and almost pushed out a day later, my sister and my daughters were denied the ability to check in until I arrived which meant they would have nowhere to stay unless I arrived the same day. I had added them on to the itinerary but they were not allowed into the room. I arranged an additional flight so that I could arrive same day so that no one was sleeping on the street. That was the only hiccup we had.

The resort was great! The staff was very nice and helpful. They even have a kids playground. They offer free mimosas and bloody Mary’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Our room was amazing we even had a washer and dryer. It was like a little apartment. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay and have nothing bad to say. Very well worth it.

Thank you Mike for an excellent stay. Place exceeded our expectations it had everything we needed. Located middle of the strip and close to everything. To top it off our room view was overlooking the Bellagio fountain. We will definitely recommend and be back in future.

Unit was very pretty, clean & spacious. Perfect clear views of the fountain and some of the strip from master and the livingroom.The walk to parking is so easy and short walk to so much. Didn't get to stay as long as we booked due to things out of everyone's control and owner was very helpful and wonderful during the process and worked with us .we would use this owner again with no question.

The apartment matches the description, gorgeous view, the only drawback for us, as people with children, was the lack of dishes, if it is possible to add it would be great👍

Everything was amazing! The home was beautiful and spacious. There’s so much to do in the house. I would 100% recommend anyone who’s looking for a fun and relaxing time to stay here! I am extremely pleased with everything. The hosts are amazing as well!

This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Great location if you are wanting to stay away from the strip. But still close enough to drive or take an uber. Very spacious and clean. Nice backyard with a pool and bbq. Kevin and Bonnie are very responsive and you can tell they try their utmost best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks guys!

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of 8—plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It really felt like a great spot for a getaway. When we arrived, the pool wasn’t in the best shape, which was a little disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked. That said, the host was very responsive and had it cleaned quickly, which we truly appreciated. We did lose a day of pool time, but the quick follow-up helped. Just a heads-up for future guests: the $300/day fee to heat the pool/jacuzzi felt pretty high. For that area pool heating usually costs average around $50/day, so the markup (about 500%) stood out. It’s something to consider when planning your budget. Aside from that, it would’ve been a solid 5-star experience and we’d definitely recommend the home overall.!

The view was marvelous!! Our first night there we didn’t even go out. We just hung out all night on the balcony, enjoying the sunset/view. Was very relaxing indeed. We had gone for a race event I was participating in down at the Las Vegas Speedway. Was only about 20 min out. Not bad at all. Besides that, the room was very clean exactly how it is on the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for more, we felt right at home. Lots of places to eat down at the casino. Which was just down the elevator. Way closer than I thought. You can walk down the strip or just take a taxi which was only like 3-5 min away. Just wanna thank Ruben for hosting us, we had a great time. Will definitely be booking again for next years event. This is our go to now whenever we’re in Vegas!

Great location, super close to food locations and Chinatown. House was very easy to locate. Overall, it was a very nice and clean home. Did not get to utilize the backyard amenities as much due to the weather. Any questions I had, host responded right away. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and the host noted it down kindly. Would recommend to stay here again.

Loved staying at this lovely Las Vegas home! very spacious & so so clean. Its in a dead end street so it was quiet at night. No loud noises. Perfect for our family! The pool was clean & the kids loved swimming in it. One of the cleanest AirBnB'd we've stayed at in Vegas. We would absolutely book again (:

Perfect house for my family of 5 located conveniently away from downtown (but still easy). Pool, sauna, jacuzzi, grill, gym allowed us to enjoy the outside are all day and night. Kids loved it
