Tatia is everything and more you could hope for in an Airbnb host. So much thought went into making the home as comfortable and enjoyable for guests as possible, and the listing was perfectly described. The serene location, as well as the peaceful back patio and the extremely comfortable beds, made for an absolutely relaxing stay. Tatia goes above and beyond as a host, particularly in providing a well-balanced continental breakfast, quick responsiveness in communications, and a warm welcome. We highly recommend a stay with Tatia to anyone considering a trip to in the area!

This place was exactly what it was described to be and so much more.The host was great and friendly always responded right away.Having the pool and hot tub was so much fun and all the indoor games kept everyone happy.The house was fully stocked for all our cooking and so many toiletries were available also lots of snacks to help yourself.Only a quick ten minute uber ride to the strip.We would definitely recommend staying here.

Rosanna's place was perfectly accommodating for our trip to Vegas. we had 7 adults and 2 teens. There was plenty of space, the pool was amazing and we were close to all the Vegas options you could want. the neighborhood was quiet and super easy to get to. Rosanna was also very easy to get a hold of which we were grateful for! We would highly recommend this house.

We had a very nice stay! The villa was very clean and the people were extremely friendly! We loved that we were able to have our dog with us! OMG!! What a hidden gem. I would recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to have the Vegas experience without staying directly on the strip. It’s conveniently close to absolutely every Vegas has to offer. Literally minutes to the strip. Palms was a stone throw away. Also had parking for our rental car! Sasha rocks. She was super responsive and had every amenity under the sun! Even our favorite toothpaste! Saying this place is clean is an understatement it was impeccable! Sasha went above and beyond with all of our questions. She had passes for red rock canyon which we unfortunately couldn’t get to see but we will next time! It was 43 mins from the Hoover dam and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon! We were able to see both! I love this place it felt like a home away from home. We WILL be staying there again!! Thanks Sasha you will be hearing from us sooner than later!

This place was so amazing convenient to the Las Vegas strip and close to the middle of the Las Vegas strip, which make walking around so much easier, and was super clean, kitchen is fully equipped. we would stay again if it is available.

What an outstanding place to stay! It was like an oasis in the desert. Wow! The house was decorated like a museum with tender loving care showing in every nook and cranny. The setting was beautifully serene with vast views of vineyards, farmlands, and mountains. Stunning! Mark's mother, Joyce, prepared a scrumptious breakfast with the best waffles and eggs to my liking, fruit, juice, and coffee...double wow! And the company of the family who has lived in the area for over 50 years was just an utter delight. I'm going back any chance I can. High recommendations without any reservations at all.

Wonderful stay here. Very helpful hosts helped my partner and myself find things to do in the area and the room itself was delightful. The many peacocks on site were a happy surprise and the entire aura of the area is relaxed and historic. Would definitely suggest this listing to anyone wanting a unique experience while staying in the Beatty area.

This is the most beautiful Air BNB I have ever stayed in!! There are awesome Mountain View’s from every window in the house. The hosts were so incredibly accommodating. If we needed food they made it, if we needed milk they gave it . If you are looking for an amazing ranch experience this is it . They directed us to some local hot springs that were too die for !!! Highly recommend this place .

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast hosted by the lovely Jennifer and her husband, Nigel. Everything was exactly as described, and their warm hospitality made the experience even better. Their friend Sherry was also incredibly kind and welcoming. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the presence of their beautiful peacocks ( they did not make any sound at all ) — such a rare and special sight! It’s hard enough to spot animals in the park, so having these stunning birds right on the property was a unique highlight that drew me in — and I don’t regret it one bit. If you’re looking for a charming stay with great hosts and a memorable touch of nature, this is the perfect spot near Death Valley ! Highly recommend!
