We needed a place to stay for our niece's graduation. The location was perfect, within 20 minutes or less to all the places we needed to go to. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for us (4 adults). We enjoyed the pool and floaties that were available for us to use. The communication with Rias was great. Despite having zero problems, Rias made sure to let us know he was available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend!

We came for my bestie’s 24th birthday and this home was absolutely perfect! The strip was only 20 minutes away, it had so many restaurants and stores nearby, the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet 😊 the house was beautiful and spotless, The pool table and hot tub were a plus! We felt right at home. Our hosts were the best, they made sure we were comfortable and quick to respond. I will definitely be coming and staying here again! We loved it

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay...the home was just as described. Although we did not cooked, the kitchen had everything that would have been needed if we chose to. We particularly liked the pool and the backyard...lovely feature to have especially on a hot day. Quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.

We had a very calm and relaxing stay in Las Vegas. The home is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it feel peaceful and private. Everything went smoothly with zero issues, and the pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off. The garage was also a great feature, being very spacious and comfortably accommodating two cars. Highly Recommend!

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

This place was nothing less than perfect. Lindsey is a wonderful host. She checked on us and made sure we had extra towels and toilet paper. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Lindsey for such a great place to stay while on vacation! God bless you!

The perfect place to stay. We relaxed poolside, played games and watched movies in comfort. The location was so convenient. We were minutes from shows and everything Vegas has to offer. The shower was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. We were comfortable, relaxed and happy from check in to check out. Thank you Douglas.

Skylar was very proactive, and reached out a few days before check-in. The intruder complete, and very useful. Skylar reacted promptly when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay, and spend relaxing evenings in the pool and spa. Thanks for being a great host, if we come back we would love to stay here again.

We had never stayed in an Assay Office before. I loved it! Mine history from floor to ceiling. Add a fire clay smelter in your "living room" and you are ingulfed in history. Worth every penny.

Jeannie is great! She has a great location. It’s our third time renting her home and each time we have fun. we spend most of our time at the Sanddune off of 95. We had breakfast at strawberry Hill restaurant. Very good!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

Great and comfortable stay! Yuney was an absolutely pleasant host who made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire stay. She was responsive and understanding, making our overall experience a 10/10 experience. It was a comfortable and cozy space with plenty of amenities provided. Perfect spot to stay if you’re driving down to the strip or exploring the outer city of Las Vegas!
