You will have a small living room with a sofa, a corner with a dining area. Separate small kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, two hot plates and kettle. Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment overlooks the Water Tower. Even though you are in the middle of the city, the area at Nyborg Vold is quiet.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

We live in an older house in a quite neighborhood just outside Nyborg's old ramparts. On first floor, we have a guest apartment that our family and friends use when visiting. However we hope that it could be of use for others as well. Whether you're a tourist visiting the city or the area, you're visiting family or friends, you're attending a conference or for other reasons, the apartment can be a comfortable and cozy setting for your stay.
