Cozy guest home of 50 sqm in lovely and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. It has sea views and 200 meters to sandy beach as well as forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, armchair and TV. If you are 5, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby bed and baby chair. There 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. For the lifeguards, there is Gourmet restaurant and cultural opportunities in the old king city. For families with children, there are harbor playgrounds and lovely beaches. Nyborg is 30 minutes from Odense. 1 1/2 hours from Copenhagen. Off-road transportation from Nyborg to both places.
