The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Highly recommended place for group of friends, couples and family. Thank you Maison for making our stay super comfortable.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was amazing which felt right like Home, was missing home cooked food but for our surprise there was a kitchen with all that we need to prepare food. Had an amazing experience.⭐⭐

The place is located in a quaint and green neighbourhood.Right from the time we booked the place, Sonal was in constant touch with us and answered every query, big or small, almost instantly. Check in and check out were a breeze as the caretaker Durga and his family were always available for every requirement.We were absolutely comfortable and at home in the apartment. It is nicely done up and is pretty spacious. Would like to thank Sonal and Ashish for contributing to our amazing trip to Goa. One can't really enjoy if one doesn't come back to a welcoming and warm space after a hectic day. This homestay was just that!!!! A big thanks 😊

Amazing stay at this property. I am really impressed and very happy to find such a nice host Mr.Dubinsky and other co-hosts. We had booking for only one day and needed to check in early in the morning 5 o'clock. Our host was so cooperative and allowed us early check in. I am really very grateful for this act of him. Talking about the location, it is 6.5 km from Madgaon railway station. Colva, benulim and many beaches are just 2-3km away from the property. Great location. The rooms were neat and clean with pristine kitchen and utensils. Everything was working properly. As soon we needed anything Host was proactive in providing the solution. At the end I will say this Is the place for all those who are looking to stay with friends, family and loved ones. Totally worth it.

Craig's place is absolutely stunning! The backyard river is magical and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Shankar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything seamless. The property is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect for unwinding. Parking is a bit tight, but we had no issues fitting our Creta SUV with careful maneuvering. Highly recommend this gem - we're already planning our next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Place can accommodate 6 guests with ease-comfort. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

This place is packed properly with amenities and has beautiful interiors. Jonas, the manager accommodated us quite well even when our original room was having some issues. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay across the two configurations. Rooms are vibrant and someone with a design-centric mind will definitely love it.

Mr. Roy (The Barbozas) was very friendly and responsive host. He provided us with a list of valuable recommendations. He even helped us to locate one car mechanic when our rented car broke down near the property. I stayed at his place with my family and really liked the place. The overall location and ambience of the property is very good. The place is safe, peaceful and enjoyable for any family. I would recommend all travelling to South Goa (2-3 pax) to stay at his place and enjoy the various activities at a walkable distance to the Benaulim beach.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a wonderful and peaceful stay ... Everything was available in this Airbnb... We experienced a Luxury 5 star stay at this place... Clean Rooms, clean Bathrooms.., Fully equipped kitchen everything as described by the host ...The Host Savio and lucy are so friendly... They respond to your query anytime... We were here for my daughters badminton tournament and it was a very positive property & lucky place for us as we won our National tournament... Once again thanks to the host for arranging a comfortable stay for... We will highly recommend this Airbnb property and will yes we would love to come back again...
