We are renting out our fully renovated house close to Berlin. We are located a short 25min from Berlin Downtown with a train Station within 10min walking distance and bike parking/car parking options. The train that takes you to Berlin comes 3 times every hour. We are within walking distance to a pharmacy, bakery, flower shop, restaurants, gas station, grocery . We are very close to the TRAM station that brings you into Potsdam as well Berlin. It takes you 20min to Berlin's main airport.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Our Wachtelburg Castle, a luxurious retreat surrounded by Havelland's nature at the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoy the extravagant accommodation with two pompous bedrooms. Cozy beds promise pure relaxation. The spacious and modern kitchen with access to the conservatory and a terrace invites you to evenings outdoors. Ideally located for bike rides along the R1 and excursions to Potsdam or Berlin. Relax in your private oasis after a day of experiences.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
