I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Great value for money stayed with family and we made great use of the leisure facilities which are excellent. The location is great as it’s near lots of attractions and great for walking lots within walking distance too we loved exploring the area via the woods. There are a couple of pubs a fantastic park and a McDonalds only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is basic but modern and clean.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Great for a 2 night get away with my kids.

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

We would like to thank our hosts they were very helpful and very kind people. The cottage was amazing and so beautiful you can tell that a lot of money has been spent to get it to where it is. The space was amazing for what we paid we can’t fault anything, obviously you can always pick at bits no holiday is ever perfect but this holiday was as close that that as possible. Our granddaughters first holiday was a perfect experience she loved seeing the dogs on there and horses and sheep. The pool was lovely and clean also nice and warm to it’s absolutely beautiful great size of pool so it is, the amenities in the games room were great free pool table ping pong to play as well. So finally we would like to thank the hosts and all the team there for everything, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone 100% From the Henderson’s

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. A truly great place to stay and only 20 minutes from Alton Towers! Wonderful amenities in a nice and peaceful location, makes the place feel like home. Everything was as described, the place was spotless and there was plenty of information available about the local area for places to visit and eat etc. Nici was a very gracious host who greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area next.

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding, which was held at Shearsby Bath. The Nook is just 15 minutes from there by car. We also found that The Nook overlooks a pretty stream and is just s couple of doors away from a really good Indian Restaurant (which also happens to have a plentiful vegan menu as well as meats). The village of Crosby is peaceful and parking spaces are plentiful along the roadside. The accommodation is really pretty too, tastefully decorated making use of old features, had a welcoming homely feel to it, whildt the kitchen and bathroom is fully modernised with quality equipment. Very nice place, friendly and helpful host, all was clean and ready. Perfect.

We were in Nuneaton for a conference held about 10-15 minutes away at the Heart of England Conference Center. We made long days and only used the BnB for sleeping and showering, but if this were a leasure trip it would have been fine to use it as a homebase where we'd also eat and spend time. The house is very tidy and feels cozy. I am quite picky about the feel of a matrass or the height of a pillow, but I had no issue with the bed I had. One of my companions did mention feeling the springs of the matrass but I don't think it was that big an issue. If I ever have to be in the same area again, I would definitely check for availability of this place first. I would actually be disappointed if I were to find out that someone else already booked it.

What a beautiful idilic cottage. We were attending our daughter’s wedding locally and staying here was so relaxing. Bill and Hazel are warm friendly hosts. Furnishings are fantastic. The extra touches of welcoming wine, bread, divine butter, jams and cereals with milk and Nespresso all added that special extra. Friends are already asking us about it for a Warwick based trip. We would definitely stay again.

A great stay! Lovely location which was great for travelling to the NEC- 30 mins or less! The house was exactly as advertised with lots of space, a lovely living room and dining area and a nice sized kitchen with plenty of supplies. The place was clean and check in and out was very easy. The host responded promptly to any questions I asked and was very friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend this house for a larger group of people for a good price!

We had a lovely break here and were grateful for the generous hamper of goodies on arrival! The house is well equipped and Diane has thought of everything to provide a great place to stay.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was extremely well-maintained and spotless, with a stylish decor that gave it a warm and welcoming feel. The amenities were just what I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything worked perfectly. Although the location was a bit far from the main activities, it was peaceful and quiet—great for relaxing. The host was friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated place to stay.

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.
