Holiday rentals with a sauna in Novi Vinodolski

We had a great week. The apartment is small, but nice. The sea view is beautiful, the proximity to the beach and the small coves worth gold. The roof terrace with the hot tubs and sauna was the absolute highlight for us. We spent beautiful relaxing evenings here and enjoying the sunset. The host is available at all times, incredibly helpful and very friendly! It was an all-around wonderful holiday.

My stay in this suite was simply perfect! Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, it gave me the comforts of home. The location is ideal - close to the center and all the necessary amenities, yet quiet enough for a complete vacation. The host was super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to return!

Hello. Were 4 adults with 3 children. Accommodation was clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The outdoor kitchen was mega convenient :-) really recommended 👍👍

We enjoyed very much our stay at Lovorka's aparman. She was very helpful, replying very quickly. The apartment is nice, well equipped, very convinient. We would choose it again for our next stay in Rijeka.

We spent one week in Novi Vinodolski, and Alen's house is located close to the sea where there is a nice seaside walk. You can stop by anywhere for a swim. There are some good restaurants close to the house and also a Lidl store which is convenient. Alen was very responsive and helpful. We even got his own produced wine which we enjoyed. We recommend Alen's place for a good stay in Croatia

Everything was great, clean, tidy and a nice host

We had a great time at Ivana's place. He welcomed us kindly, was flexible with the time of our arrival (we traveled with the children at dawn and arrived in the morning). The children also enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi. The beach is really very close. Restaurants, bakeries, shops are within walking distance. We would definitely go back here! :)

Very nice and clean apartment with a unique view of the sea. I highly recommend the place because in a quiet place. There is a beach nearby with sun loungers. There's nothing missing in the apartment. Recommended

The space is gorgeous. The view alone is worth the money, and the apartment is also very stylishly furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, there is even a second one on the terrace, so you don't have to disturb anyone who sleeps in the living room early in the morning. There was a small problem with the door code, which did not always work, but Cornelia immediately answered our questions. The pool is great, hopefully the view will not be obstructed. The water in the pool was not heated, but no problem for summer days. If you're cold, you can use the sauna. The price you have to pay for the great view is the drive through the steep, narrow streets, which takes some getting used to for lowlanders. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing five days in the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had a beautiful apartment with view on the sea. It was clean a plenty of space. The pool area was also very nice. Almost everything is in a walkable distance and it looks beautiful there. So I highly recommend.

We liked the house very much and corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (secluded and yet you are quickly in the city center and by the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and high chair were provided for our baby and also a safety gate on the stairs were installed and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We will be back :)

At first Tommy’s place was a bit difficult to find as we couldn’t see any street names. Once we found it, Tommy was there to welcome us to his fabulous house, pool and garden. There’s a decent size pool, badminton, some sort of football, cherry trees, wild strawberries, an outdoor wood burning oven and very nice parking for two vehicles. Tommy is a great story teller, loves his football and will be happy to cook a meal for a fee. HRELJIN is a great location between Crikvenica and Rijeka. Thank you Tommy.

The villa impressed us already on arrival – the unrepeatable view of the sea and the picturesque old town of Vrbnik is really special. The house has an incredibly positive energy, everything is extremely nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and tailored to the perfect getaway. Heated pool (the water had a pleasant 23°C), a sauna, many relaxation corners, a large covered terrace with two grills – all thoughtful and meant for the comfort of the guests. The location is great – just a short walk (5 minutes) separated us from the center of Vrbnik with cute shops, bakery, wine shops and sprayer, bars, restaurants. The surrounding area also offers beautiful trails for hiking, walking and biking among the vineyards. The villa is completely fenced, with private parking and space for bike storage. Two city bikes were also available – great for exploring the surrounding area. Even if we were surprised by the bad weather, the stay would remain pleasant – the spaces are bright, with lots of glass and beautiful views.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

Our hosts really thought of everything, from super helpful tips and info, to gifts, toothbrushes to great tasteful decor so you feel right at home. Thank you!

The contact with the host Dubravka was very pleasant. She is very friendly and responds always on time. We had a very warm and friendly welcome. Dubravka awaited us together with her husband, very she showed us the wonderful and amazing house. After explaining everything, Dubravka's husband came with fresh cut Melon for the kids and some homemade liquor for the grown ups. We had a wonderful time, we enjoyed the environment a lot, there is a nice forest just in front of the house. But there is also Risnjak National Park, about 20-30 minutes drive. Dubravka also told us about lake Lokve, a very nice lake where you can also swim in crystal clear water. Also the beaches near Rijeka are very doable (40-50 minutes). The house itself is beautiful, enough space and extremely clean. Enjoy the inside swimming pool and sauna after a long walk in Nature. The kids enjoyed it also very much, enough things to do, billiard, darts and even a ps5. I surely can recommend Dubravka's amazing house!
