Laure is a very friendly person who welcomed us warmly. She always replied promptly to messages and gave clear instructions. The apartment is impeccable and suited the two of us perfectly. We had meals on the little balcony enjoying the view. It is situated in an amazing spot. We could walk just a few steps and we were at the lake. The city centre with its points of interest were only about 20 - 25 minutes walk away. Parking was available close by on the street, and the little washing machine was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay in Aix-les-Bains. Thank you, Laure!

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien situado y perfecto para una pareja o grupo pequeño. Laura muy amable, responde enseguida y nos dió muchas facilidades.

Séjour en famille pour une compétition. Karen a été au top. Très accueillante dès l’arrivée jusqu’au départ. Très arrangeante également pour notre départ. Le logement est idéalement situé en front de lac avec tout le nécessaire accessible à pieds. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Nous n’avons manqué de rien jusqu’au lit bébé et la chaise-haute. Je pense que nous reviendrons ☺️. Merci encore!

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and in a superb location. Richard is super helpful, quick to respond and gives you all the information needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Si vous êtes en train de lire les avis pour vous convaincre ou non de choisir cet Airbnb…. ne cherchez plus !! Je vous le dis : FONCEZ ! Ce logement est incroyable, tout est parfait. Tellement de choses à disposition, dans un joli cadre comme celui-ci. On s’y sent bien ! On s’y sent comme chez soi. Sincèrement, c’est un petit coin de paradis. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Philippe nous avait promis un petit coin de paradis ce qui s'est avéré exact. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end avec les enfants et les petits enfants.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. J’ai qu’une hâte c’est d’y revenir

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Anne-Laure La maison est super, nous l'avons adorée ! Elle est joliment décorée, très bien équipée, la literie est très bonne Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables Nous recommandons !!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

What can I say? Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in on this trip (9 in all) this is where I was the happiest. Not that there was anything wrong with the other places, but this renovated grange had all the charm of years gone by with the modern necessities that are so appreciated when travelling. Frédérica and Gilbert are the most charming people, so very kind and generous with their time but not intrusive in the least. They were kind enough to allow me to extend our stay by one day as I was too unwell to travel to the next destination and even did some emergency food shopping for us. The house is superb - renovated with flair, elegance and typical French charm. We lacked for absolutely nothing, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the linen/towels etc were impeccable. Plus the shower pressure was a dream after a long day! We could see the lake from our window, but everything was close by. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a happy holiday!

Excellent séjour à Annecy ! Studio très bien aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les hôtes étaient très agréables et surtout disponibles ! Ils ont su s’adapter à nous, car nous sommes arrivés en retard le jour J. Concernant la localisation de l’appartement nous étions juste à côté du centre-ville et à 5 minutes du Festival du Film d’animation d’Annecy. En bref 10/10 merci encore ! 🥰

Un appartement très bien conçu. Très fonctionnel. A proximité de la plage de Menthon Saint Bernard... petite balade le soir avec le lac et ses lumières changeantes.

Appartement conforme aux photographies, avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Situé dans le port d’Aix les Bains. Je le recommande.

Franck et Anne-laure sont très accueillants , bienveillants . l'appartement est super cool, un bel angle de vue au lac et aux montagnes . Anne-Laure m'a communiqué les bonnes adresses des restaurants et activités à faire . l'appartement est à côté du lac, du petit port . on s'y sent bien. on voit que kes propriétaires sont soigneux . Je recommanderai ces hôtes.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le logement est calme et donne sur une cour intérieure. Le garage privé est un réel avantage. Les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires et bien indiquées. Je recommande très fortement cet appartement !

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
