This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for me when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service was very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

I slept like I hadn't slept in years — I blacked out in absolute comfort, surrounded by a peaceful silence, infected by the smell of tranquility and cleanliness. For a few hours, I was able to forget the problems of everyday life. It was more than a stay, it was a true rest for the soul. I recommend it with my eyes closed and a light heart. Carol (I feel like I can even call her that, she's so nice) was one of the best hosts I've ever had!! It seemed like a friend who lives far away wanting to be present! She gave great tips/suggestions about the city, always responded quickly to any questions I had (even when they were not related to the house) and was super truthful in the ad!! Her house is delightful, beautiful, sophisticated, clean... a true haven!! The neighborhood is super residential, quiet and with great parks. The Iguatemi mall is very close. I'll be back for sure!!

We stayed at Katia's house for just one night because our flight was the next day. It was very peaceful, the environment exactly as described in the ad, everything clean and impeccable! Katia was very kind and responded quickly to my questions. We felt very comfortable! She even provided a portable crib for my baby. It was a quick trip, we didn't stay long in the apartment, basically we just slept! The apartment was identical to the listing, comfortable bed, excellent shower, easy access to get in and out and communication with the host was always immediate! The apartment is exactly like the ad, super well-equipped, the building is quiet, the apartment is quiet, the concierge is 24 hours and all the doormen are super helpful. The apartment is large and very spacious. I recommend and stay again. The grocery store inside the building is a great option for "breaking the branch"

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.
