Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nottinghamshire

I enjoyed my time whilst staying here. The place was exactly as described and clean. I also want to give compliments to the host for being very responsive.

Ms Madeleine is clearly a well travelled, interesting lady, well educated, knowledgeable and wise. Her pet doggy’s are adorable, friendly, equally charismatic, and well behaved. If ever again I require accommodation again in this neck of the woods, i’d not look further. Breakfast was on unexpected and appreciated. Sometimes when folk pass one another, with but a fleeting glimpse, mutual appreciation and thanks, can still be felt, even though time or lack of, prevents, sometimes substantial or meaningful recognition, and gratefulness. Pleasure to have met, thank you very much for providing a safe place to rest.

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Booked this Airbnb so my family could stay for my sister's wedding. The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and with a Co-op nearby for picking up snacks. Fin was super welcoming and quick to respond to any messages. We're really glad we found his listing and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Notts!

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

Scott's place was great for the six of us during our visit to Nottingham. The location was perfect, and Scott was on hand to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely house in a good location. Very clean with a great lounge, also comfortable and nice sized rooms. Jasmine was really helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

We Really enjoyed our stay at the Barn. Very quiet area but also very close to the shopping area and main roads which made it very easy to find. Alan was a Great host ,he replied to Messages quickly and gave useful information. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming . We would highly recommend the Barn . Thank you Alan 😁

Lovely and clean, loads of nice touches, such as the fresh fruit for breakfast in the fridge! Wholly recommend!

The accommodation was in a great part of Nottingham, close to city centre and great pubs and eateries. Parking isn’t great, but we managed to get into an ncp close by. Suggest u download the app in advance, will save u a couple of £. Instructions from host were great, but this is not for anyone who doesn’t like stairs lol. Had a great weekend and I’m sure we will be back.

Great location in the countryside but close to main transport routes through the area. Lovely accommodation with all necessary amenities. Great to meet the characterful chickens! Joanna was a friendly, responsive host who kindly left us milk and other necessities ready for our arrival. Had an enjoyable stay and would happily stay there again if we return to the area in the future. Excellent!

Nice size studio with parking. Lovely comfy beds, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We were up in the area for a Wedding and the studio was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The Appartment is near the City Centre (4 min Walk) and the next Food Store is just 1 min Walking Distance, on the Street are a couple of Restaurants and Takeaways so thats great. The Appartment was nice and clean only the Bed Sofa was a little unconfortable, but I didin`t die, for a couple of Days it`s totally fine (I`m used to a King Size Boxspring Bed here in Switzerland) The Master Double Bed was great and the Bathroom upstairs is really Big and nice. We had our own Parking Space what is great. The Renzo Team was ever so supportiv and helpful, great Service. We are going to come back for sure next Time if the Appartment free. From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. The dog friendly bungalow was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and it's a great location.

Great stay in the "pig sty". Spotlessly clean, bed was very comfy. It was quite hot when we stayed so was very grateful for the fan that was provided. Sweet treats and stuff to make breakfast was nice addition

This was such a beautiful place to stay with stunning surroundings and a luxurious room. The hosts were incredible, going above and beyond in every way. From the homemade cake and flapjack in the bedroom, to the 3 course breakfast full of homemade treats- everything was perfect! And to top it all off Kelly made such an effort to bake and provide gluten free options too. Thank you David and Kelly for such a wonderful getaway. X

What a find. Lovely place ideal for a short stay overnight. Charlotte was very welcoming and easy to get along with. She definitely made us feel at home. Added to this she gave great recommendations for eating out locally. Peaceful location surrounded by fields and yet close enough to get into Newark easily. Accommodation was spotless. Breakfast was delicious and because the weather was so warm we had the added bonus of eating outdoors on the front patio. Would recommend a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate returning if we are ever in that part of the country again.
