We are just a short drive to the coast, nearby towns such as Exeter, Durham and Portsmouth as well as a quick drive to Boston and the Mountains. Our apartment sleeps 8 and is equipped with carefully curated decor, a fully stocked kitchen, a screened porch, grill, and plenty of living and dining space to relax. Pets allowed in accordance with our pet policy.

In a neighborhood. 2 people-please no other guests. There is Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grill. Flushing toilet. We do ask you to limit water use, we provide paper & plastic dinnerware. Many activities nearby! No SHOWER/oven/firepit No animals (Health concern for cleaner) No smoking. Life jackets provided.

Come get away to Echo Hill Farm, a traditional New England-style farm built in 1782. With a private entrance into the guest suite you can come and go as you please during your stay. Relax in the living room with a cup of coffee, while you watch fish jump in the pond behind the house. Centrally located, the mountains, the lakes region or the ocean are only an hour away from this quiet locale. There's even a farm-based Brewery 0.5 miles down the road with Pleasant Lake only 2.5 miles.

Experience the serenity of Pawtuckaway Lake Cottage! Surrender yourself to nature and indulge in a tranquil getaway with family or friends. Enjoy your time ice fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, etc., as you are within walking distance from Pawtuckaway lake access. You will be within a short drive to Fundy Cove Boat Launch and Pawtuckaway State Park for hiking and snow mobiling. This newly renovated cottage also offers a game room for added fun and fully fenced in yard for pets.

This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
