Access to numerous walking trails for summer and 3 mins drive to nearest ski lift in winter. 3 bedrooms (sleeping max 8 people) it is suited to one large family or two small families. Outdoor wood fired sauna. Large garden, great for kids. Forest and mountain views. Ample parking.

Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

During the winter season, a free shuttle bus runs every 20 " from the end of Chemin du Lavoussé to the Praz de la Flégère cable car station.
