Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Noto

Antonio's place was fabulous. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, well-furnished and quite large. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable for a great stay. Antonio was very kind, thoughtful and responsive. He answered any questions immediately and kindly provided us with suggestions for restaurants, bars and street food (you must try the market and sandwich place he suggests... the sandwiches are to die-for!!! The location is great is close to the archeological site where you can see among many things the Greek theatre and getting to Ortigia is a 25 minute walk, but I would suggest you drive there or if going at night, take a taxi/uber back if you don't have a car. If you have a car, it's easy to get to other spots such as Ragusa, Noto, Modica or take a hike to Cava Grande Overall, it was an extremely pleasant stay. Thanks Antonio!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Lorenzo. L’emplacement en bord de mer est vraiment agréable, avec un accès direct à la plage. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, idéale pour les repas et les moments de détente. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, propre et bien équipé pour un court ou long séjour. L’environnement est calme, parfait pour se reposer, et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien déroulée. À noter : il faut prévoir un bon anti-moustiques, surtout le soir. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés pour plus de confort, mais globalement, c’est une très bonne adresse pour profiter de la mer et du calme.

Le logement d'Eleonora est extrêmement bien placé avec une terrasse vue imprenable sur le duomo et l'autre versant de modica. Le logement est très vaste , avec un équipement fonctionnel . La literie est bonne . La rue au pied de la maison est un axe passant de modica alta et assez bruyante concernant les véhicules mais la chambre donnant sur l'arrière est calme . Nous avons eu la chance de venir lors des fêtes de St Georges . Eléonora nous a gentiment fait prêt de son garage durant cette période chargée en monde mais qui en contrepartie a entrainé le fait que la rue soit souvent fermée à la circulation ce qui a été un plus pour nous . Vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied dans tout modica facilement - bcp de marche mais c'est un des charmes de la ville- , superette et bon restaurant proche. Nous reviendrions volontiers dans ce logement

Would definitely stay here again. Marisa was super kind and let us keep our bags at the apartment even after we checked out so we could walk around more. The apartment had a lovely balcony view as well. Great location.

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab, war es 15 Minuten später gelöst - an einem Sonntagmorgen um 7! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem aufgrund der Lage toll - man kann morgens über dem Meer den Sonnenaufgang sehen und dann den ganzen Tag zwischen Terrasse und Strand pendeln. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken (Noto, Siracusa, Modica…), dass einem auch an Tagen ohne Strandwetter nicht langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

La casa de Salvo es un gran lugar para visitar Noto. A pasos de la calle principal, en una zona tranquila. El anfitrion fue muy atento y amable. Nos brindo recomendaciones muy utiles. La casa esta muy bien equipada y es perfecta para dos personas. Gracias Salvo por estos hermosos dias en tu apartamento!

Out of all the places we stayed in Sicily, Angelo's apartment was our favourite. I chose this apartment because it looked beautiful in the photos. But it's even more beautiful in real life! It's stylish, smells good, is clean and well equipped. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is situated in the heart of Modica, which is one of our favourite towns in Sicily. Here you will find excellent restaurants, fantastic Baroque architecture, culture and the perfect location from which to discover other places in the region. Free parking on site was invaluable. Despite the language differences, communicating with Angelo was easy and straightforward. I would be happy to stay here again.

Wow — this place was absolutely incredible! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The views were breathtaking, the location was unbeatable, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The service and accommodations were spot on — very helpful, very friendly, and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is within walking distance, and you’re in the ocean within 60 seconds. We’re already dreaming about coming back, hopefully for a full month next time. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern, voller schöner und verrückter Details! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er gab uns viele Tipps, kümmerte sich sogar um unsere Autovermietung und bot einen tollen Shuttle-Service. Die Übergabe war persönlich, alles blitzsauber. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben es geliebt 🥰

Sometimes I joke about not wanting to review my favorite places for fear it will make my next booking harder. But this is no joke. Francesca and Carlo have a paradise, and I’ll be working hard to get back soonest. We stayed 10 days, visiting Syracusa and Noto, Etna lava and wineries, and found it increasingly difficult to leave even for a few hours. Evenings shift from the cooing of pigeons to the plaintiff call of owls, with the sounds of waves from her almost private coast. The house is rich in family memories, and gorgeously decorated. The ceilings high and rooms airy.The kitchen a gem to use.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll und hat einen einmaligen Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Wenche ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert.

Wir haben uns in Charlies Ferienhaus von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir gemütliche Frühstücke und Abendessen auf den beiden Terrassen oder den ersten Kaffee des Tages auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die Hängematte - ebenfalls mit Meerblick - auf der man wunderbar relaxen konnte. Das Ferienhaus ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Wir fanden es z.B. im/am "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio" super schön, das ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Charlie war sehr nett und ungezwungen. Er ist ein aufmerksamer, aber trotzdem total unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, der jede Menge Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. hat. Und wir haben auch mal frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank, Charlie, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften :-)

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villadamuri 10 gg nel mese di Giugno con un gruppo di amici. La casa e’ in una posizione unica sulla splendida e riservata spiaggia dell’ambra dove l’acqua e’ più calda che nelle altre spiagge. La casa e’ perfetta per una compagnia di amici e offre tutti i Comfort di una casa vacanza.Un grazie particolare ai proprietari Viviana ed Orazio, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui s’est avéré à la fois fonctionnel et simple, tout en répondant parfaitement à nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parasol pour la plage, un petit plus qui s'est révélé très pratique. De plus, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale, offrant un accès facile à tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience plus fluide. Cependant, il est important de noter que les nuits peuvent être assez bruyantes, ce qui a légèrement perturbé notre repos. Cela dit, nous gardons un souvenir positif de notre séjour et nous remercions Aurore notre hôte pour son accueil.

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

La casa di Alberto è più accogliente di presenza che nelle foto, è luminosa e silenziosa e dotata di ogni comodità che possa servire durante il soggiorno. Gli elettrodomestici funzionano perfettamente e l' host ha cura di mettere a disposizione i generi di prima necessità ( caffè, olio, acqua etc.), cosa di cui lo ringraziamo . La posizione consente di raggiungere con una breve passeggiata sia il Teatro Greco che Ortigia, quindi,una volta parcheggiato, si può scordare l' auto. Alberto inoltre è una persona molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha accolto di persona e ci ha dedicato il suo tempo per le informazioni che ci occorrevano. Senza dubbio tornerei a prenotare la sua casa e la consiglio.

Esperienza positiva, Giovanni e sua figlia Simona sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è situato su una delle strade principali, la posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi in 10min il litorale, cuore di Pozzallo. Lo consiglio a quelle coppie che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax o per fare il tour da Pozzallo a Modica; perfetto per due persone senza tante pretese in quanto mini, soprattutto il box doccia. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità torneremo presto

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die großzügige Außenterrasse mit einer weiteren Küche, Grill, Außendusche und sogar einer separaten Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine zweite Terrasse am Eingangsbereich, perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen – was in dieser Jahreszeit besonders angenehm war, da es nicht zu heiß war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Stefania hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und lieben es, lange Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen – besonders empfehlen können wir Donnalucata. Auch die Städte Syrakus, Modica und Ragusa Ibla haben uns mit ihrer Schönheit und Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Wir danken Stefania von Herzen ♥️!

La casa è molto bella, pulitissima e in pieno centro. Ideale per visitare Modica e tutta la zona del ragusano. Unica accortezza per coloro che viaggiano in macchina è di parcheggiare lungo il corso e di non arrivare fino all'abitazione, in quanto si trova in una stradina in cui è difficile fare manovra. Per il resto la casa è dotata di ogni comfort e molto fresca in estate.

The original place we were booked into was not ready so Pomelia asked if the Petranica resort would be acceptable and we are so glad we took it. The place is amazing. One of the most beautiful pools we have seen. Vincenzo and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. The location is also great, convenient to everything by car. We will come back to this place and would give our highest recommendation to anyone else.

Die Wohnung von Angelo war für uns perfekt! Auch wenn die beiden Schlafzimmer eher klein waren, war es super, weil wir ja zusätzlich zur Wohnküche noch die große Terrasse und den Garten hatten. Die Wohnung heizt sich zwar ziemlich auf, aber in jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Im Garten gibt es Schaukeln und ein Trampolin. Eine Außendusche, die sehr praktisch ist, wenn man voller Sand vom nahe gelegenen Strand kommt. Die Außenküche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, aber dort ist auch alles vorhanden. Zum Strand kommt man am schnellsten über dem nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Der Betreiber hat sich zumindest nie beschwert, dass wir dort gelaufen sind. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Wasser sehr kalkhaltig ist. Da hatte die Spülmaschine fast keine Chance. Wir haben mit Zitronensaft nachgeholfen. Am tollsten war aber Angelos Gastfreundschaft. Er hat uns proaktiv (trotz Sprachhürde) immer geholfen und super kommuniziert. Wir haben uns dort wie zuhause gefühlt
