Apartment holiday rentals in Noto

I fell in love with Syracuse, and Cinzia's place was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. The house is located in a perfect spot—not in the middle of the tourist crowd, but close enough to get anywhere super conveniently. Cinzia responds to messages very promptly, helped us set up parking (which is hard to do in Ortigia), and when something came up during our stay, she responded immediately and came to help us. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house is beautifully decorated with everything that I needed during the trip. I would definitely come back to stay!

The apartment offers an incredibly beautiful view and the best sunset view. However, one should be aware that the apartment is located directly on the promenade with many restaurants and it is a bit noisy - especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Alberto is super friendly and has always accommodated us. The amenities are great.

Miriam and family were wonderful hosts. They personally escorted us to the apartment on Ortigia Island and made the process a breeze. We really enjoyed Ortigia Island and Miriam's apartment is a perfect place to explore it. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

Sara’s place in Ortigia was absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room for our group of seven adults. Everyone loved the location, the apartment and Ortigia as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms were clean AND having a laundry machine was an added plus. I can’t say enough about how much we loved the place and it’s location. Last comment is the deck was great for early evening drinks and card games. Thank you for having us Sara. We highly recommend!!

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

A wonderful apartment that was a delightful place to stay close to everything Ortigia has to offer. And across the bridge you can be in Syracuse in minutes. Such a luxurious feel with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully kitted out kitchen for anyone wanting to cook. Plus a living room and upstairs has a steam shower! Generous offerings of all sorts of biscuits, fruits etc let too. With 2 small balconies. Just an absolutely perfect place to stay. Such a great city to explore. We loved it all. Barbara’s apartment is ideally located for a short trip to Siracusa and Ortigia. She’s always available for questions, shares fantastic restaurant recommendations, and is, overall, a truly lovely person. Her husband Paolo kindly helped us with our many suitcases, which we were able to store conveniently before check-in and after check-out. I especially want to highlight how spotlessly clean the apartment was — and it smelled wonderful too. Thank you so much for this great stay!

Very clean, well-kept and welcoming accommodation, so much so that we immediately felt "at home". I sincerely thank Chiara for always being available and responsive to my questions/requests. The only flaw... was that we didn't stay long enough😅. I definitely recommend the Discovery Apartments (my obvious choice when I return to Syracuse)

The home is lovely, very comfortable and the on site parking was great. Wonderful communication and Viviana was very pleasant, kept kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

Great stay at Valeria's, the accommodation is typical and impeccable. Easy communication with Valeria and Frederico, very friendly and available for their guests. Thank you 👍

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

We had the most amazing stay at 'Flying Whales'. It was super easy to find and Leandro's mum, Rosy gave us great instructions for our arrival. She also left us some wine and goodies which was super thoughtful🥰 and even checked in with us by text during the holiday to check all was good. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish and the icing on the cake is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular views. It's an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia and we were sad to leave, but hoping to come and stay at your lovely apartment again.

The listing is clean, according to the description and photos. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to Ortigia on foot and the daily market for shopping and not far from the bus and train station to get to Catania, Noto, Raguse etc. it is quiet which is good for resting at night. For those who are used to sleeping in complete darkness remember to take a mask there is no shutter and public lighting is present. Fabio is very responsive to messages and very friendly. Check-in is easy and independent. We didn't miss anything, we had a lovely stay and recommend this place.

Very nice and big apartment! Well furnished. is located in the outdoor area in a development with four- five-story houses. The parking is secured with an electronically controllable gate. There's a lot going on in the street during rush hour, but otherwise fine. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. You can walk to the archaeological park, about 10-15 minutes, where all parking is occupied in the morning anyway. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good instructions in the apartment and then gave us important tips, e.g. restaurant, shopping, parking.

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

Great location with a beautiful pool and lots of sunlight due to the orientation of the property. The parking is secure behind a gate, and it’s especially convenient if your car has decent ground clearance. The check-in process was smooth and easy, even without the owner present. Although the host's English isn't perfect, he is very friendly and communication was never an issue. The single usable floor is nicely furnished, and it was a lovely touch to have olive oil, vinegar, and salt available in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's also a good BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and the peaceful rural area with a sunny pool was a highlight. A few improvements in the kitchen and minor fixes could make the experience even better, but the positives definitely outweighed the small details.

This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely experienced some depression upon checking out the space was so great. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Will visit again… and again!

Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Gianluca is always happy to help and support where needed.

It was a great stay at Rosario‘s place. It is a quiet area but perfectly located for trips to the sea, to beautiful cities and other destinations. Especially for families with kids recommended. Our children loved the cat and the dog as well as the pool of course. Thank you very much!
