Apartment holiday rentals in Noto

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

We were visiting Noto for the first time for our son's wedding. Noto is a fascinating place, full of historic character with great restaurants. Driving in the narrow streets, lined with parked cars took a bit of getting used to although we soon began to drive like the Noto inhabitants! Parking in the streets near the apartment was not difficult. Casa Ruiz was a real find: set in an ancient building, some of the marble from the original palace had been retained during the tasteful modernisation of the accommodation, which was fresh, uncluttered and brightly lit. We fell in love with it. The outside area was private, not overlooked and peaceful, furnished with a large table and chairs, sun loungers and, the pièce de résistance, a plunge pool, so welcome in the beautiful climate of southern Italy. Lorenzo was always available and ready to answer our questions. We highly recommend both Casa Ruiz and Noto.

The flat is located in the very center of the town. It has amazing inetrior from 16th century with modern twist. The house lady is very helpful.

The one in Casetta Porta Rossa was a fantastic week. Great location, quiet area but at the same time minutes from the center of Noto. In the surroundings there is everything you need: bars to have excellent Sicilian breakfasts, bakeries where you can buy sfincioni, focaccias, etc. for packed lunches, groceries, restaurants, etc. Carla is a responsive host, always kind. We'll be happy to come back!

Lovely old building and a great location

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We spent four nights at Nicolanna's place. It is wonderfully located just outside Noto. Very quiet and in the middle of a lemon grove! 😊 The flat was really equipped with everything we needed. The communication with Nicolanna was very uncomplicated, fast & very nice! We can only recommend this accommodation!

We felt right at home, got great tips for restaurants and excursions and enjoyed the peace and the wonderful sea in front of the door. We recovered very well without getting bored, you can relax very well here, Robin was an attentive and relaxed host, thank you for everything and greetings to the dogs, we will definitely come back.

The apartment is in a great location. The view over Ragusa Ibla from the deck is fabulous! We happened to be there for a festival and enjoyed the fireworks from there. The apartment is modern, simply furnished with comfortable beds, and good towels. For four to gather, we had the kitchen table or the deck. Alex from the apartment team did a very good job of communicating about the location and assisted with parking. They met us and helped us get settled in. The apartment was stocked with coffee, water, and other provisions. A little market is nearby. We really enjoyed nearby Al Gradino 284 Coffee and Wine Bar where we had drinks and snacks on the steps sitting on the provided cushions and overlooking beautiful Ragusa Ibla. All in all the apartment is great.

The place was wonderful. You come into the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Above all, the view is an absolute hit and here can spend a romantic evening with wine and cheese. Even though the roads are a bit narrow for a car and you usually have to look for a parking spot, it's very helpful as the place is very high up. In the evening you like to take a small hike, but especially with suitcases, a car is worth it here. I highly recommend the RAPPA wine bar nearby. We will be back

Great location to explore Ortigia. Highly recommend to stay on the island. Very comfortable well-equiped apartment. Daily street market just outside was fun and very convenient. Stayed 3 nights and Aurore's recommendations and information were really helpful. Aurore is very responsive if needed. "Waterfront" is not wrong, but not quite as suggested. Good photo marketing is balanced out by the excellent location. Advice - if arriving by car in the evening, be clear on instructions provided for parking. Google was inaccurate suggesting access to the nearest car park was not possible. Be prepared with check-in instructions and torch if arriving at night. The instructions are accurate and clear, and in daylight it is easy.

The pictures don’t describe the beauty of this place. It is a step back in time that you can’t get from most other places. If you want serenity and peace surrounded by natural beauty mixed with history, this is where you must stay. We did have the heater go out on us but this was not Francesco’s fault as the heater was brand new and he was quick to make sure we had alternative heat. It is very easy to get to any of the main cities from this place. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being a wonderful host Francesco!

The apartment is perfectly located in a walking distance (2-3 minutes) to everything you need in Noto, but it is on a very quiet street. The space is great for 2 people and has all the amenities required. Salvo is a fantastically responsive host and will make you feel right at home.

The view is unique. You always see the sea inside the apartment, which gives you the feeling of being on a ship. Daniele and his father Carlo are very warm people, which you can feel right away. The bed and especially the pillows are very comfortable and comfortable. The private descent to the sea is rocky, but worth it for the enchanting water underworld.

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

Beautiful site, beautifully wooded garden.. it is very pleasant to rest and enjoy the garden/pool/jaccuzi but also the more (intimate) terrace of the apartment. The latter is very large and all the amenities are very comfortable. The location is not far from the main convenient routes for driving. However, it is not very pleasant to walk just outside the house. Roberto and his son welcomed us very well and were available to answer our questions or give us advice.

Tiziana was a great host. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and had comfortable furnishings. The apartment is very close to all the local attractions and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend the unit.

For us it was the perfect location. Right beside the daily food market. There were fantastic stalls selling fish, seafood cheeses and general produce. The apartment is only a short walk to the temple of Apollo and within easy reach of all the great local restaurants. The parking in Ortigia can be an issue but with a large public car park just across from the apartment it was not a problem. Overall a great stay, I can thoroughly recommend.

Great location Comfortable space

The apartment was almost as described in the listing with few minor discrepancies, but over all great stay, feels safe and the view from the terrace is nice while chilling in the hot tub. The information about complimentary breakfast and snacks is a bit misleading but we gave it benefit of the doubt and figured it out with the responsive administration afterwards.

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.
