Beachfront holiday rentals in Noto

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

We stayed 6 nights at Casa Cambria. The house is very light and airy, instant holiday feeling! The view is just stunning, the sound of the waves very relaxing. You can acces the rocks and the sea trough a garden gate and take a swim (not for small children maybe because of the rocks). Everything we needed (and more) was present in the villa, everything was very clean when we arrived. The host Luciano was really friendly and easy to communicate with trough messages. He was always available and helped us find a doctor late at night. We would totally recommend Casa Cambria for a relaxing holiday!

Just got back from an amazing stay in this gorgeous yurt and had to leave a review! The location is so unique and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The yurt itself is super spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. Outside, there’s a large decking area with an outdoor bar, kitchen, and dining space—all styled in a lovely beachy vibe with stunning views. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Plus, it’s just a short distance to a lovely quiet village with restaurants and bars—great for a little exploring and some fantastic meals out. Such a dreamy, tranquil escape—can’t recommend it enough!

Vi havde et rigtig dejlig ophold. Lejligheden er super romantisk og helt perfekt til 2 voksne. Tagterrassen er virkelig hyggelig og udsigten er desuden helt fantastisk. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen.

Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo alloggiato a casa Netina per un totale di sei giorni ed è stata un’ottima base per esplorare la riserva di Vendicari e le città di Noto, Modica e Scicli. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il giardino esterno e la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Eloro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Alberto si è dimostrato sempre disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra domanda, offrendo consigli e suggerimenti su ristoranti ed escursioni giornaliere!

Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen, in een paar stappen sta je op een privé strandje! De ruimte was schoon en netjes. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en er was een voorraad eten, toast, koffie en water wat prettig was omdat we ‘s nachts aankwamen. Communicatie ging ook goed en snel. In de omgeving zijn veel mooie historische stadjes en plekken te ontdekken. Auto heb je wel nodig hier. Restaurant om de hoek was ook erg goed.

Świetna lokalizacja , Dom duży czysty zaraz przy plazy z pięknym widokiem na morze . Zadbany basen :) Dobre restauracje do okola. Polecamy z całego serducha :)

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoors are unmatchable, great garden where you can hear the ocean right from the balcony. The host was very friendly and we were positively suprised by her warm welcome, where she organized snacks for our arrival and full breakfast groceries.

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. The beds were very comfortable. All in all Angelo was an amazing host and I would have no problem recommending Villa Sara to friends a

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen mit einem einmaligen Ausblick, wirklich eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wunderschönen Wohngegend. Der Strand ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und zum Hafen mit seinen unglaublich guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars braucht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen wie hier! Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Belangen unterstützt. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolute Empfehlung!

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Antonio und seiner Familie! Leider hatte unser Hinflug über 3 Std Verspätung und Antonio hat mit uns noch um 2 Uhr nachts den Check-in gemacht und war mehr als freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, es wurde sogar Wasser, alles für ein italienisches Frühstück sowie Pasta zum kochen bereitgestellt. Der Gartenbereich ist gepflegt und der Pool sehr angenehm. Es ist definitiv empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, dann ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Syrakus in ca. 15 min zu erreichen und man ist in unter 5 min am sehr schönen Strand. Wir würden die Unterkunft in Arenella definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pomelia! The house is beautifully designed, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. Its location is excellent – right by the sea and very close to Syracuse, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The villa is comfortable, spacious, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. This stay brought us a lot of joy and much-needed relaxation. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to come back! Sabrina is very responsive and helpful. All the instructions were perfectly clear.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt, haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge bekommen und haben die Ruhe und das herrliche Meer vor der Türe genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt ohne uns zu langweilen, man kann hier sehr gut entspannen, Robin war ein aufmerksamer und entspannter Gastgeber, Danke für alles und Grüße an die Hunde, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

the location is exceptional here - we walked 50m to the eastern side of the island to swim every morning, and were then able to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset from the balcony in the afternoons. the apartment itself is nice but a little dated in decor and could have been more stocked. we would have liked to cook, for example, but there was nothing at all -- oil, salt, etc. neither was there washing machine detergent. you're paying for the location and access, however, and on that front it was perfect. check-in was easy, the pin and lockbox made it simpler to leave a key when exploring and swimming, and the host was very helpful and kind. we'd come back!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

A casa di Francesca siamo stati benissimo. All'interno di un palazzo d'epoca, un monovano molto ampio e luminosissimo. Ben arredato, nulla da dire. È praticamente nel quartiere del mercato di Ortigia ma è silenzioso, si dormono sonni tranquilli. La comunicazione con Francesca è stata ottima, ha risposto con tempestività, è un alloggio che consiglio.

Alice, Santi und ihre Tochter sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und mit hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants, aber trotzdem unaufdringlich und respektvoll, was deine Privatsphäre angeht. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war problemlos möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Dazu viele Extras , wie Getränke zur Begrüßung, Gewürze, Öl und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück, und die Terrasse zum draußen Sitzen haben wir zum Frühstück und Abendessen sehr genossen. Außerdem hat sie eine perfekte Lage. In Laufentfernung ist der wunderschöne Arenella Beach, und mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Catania etc. Wir haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Abgerundet wurde das ganze durch den absolut lieben und ruhigen Hund Pit und ein paar süße, aber scheue Katzen.

Beautiful location across from the sea with access to the sea right across the street. Very responsive and helpful host. Helped us by calling around for a taxi for our early morning departure. Close to many restaurants and shops, the Duomo and all Ortigia has to offer. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything you need. I liked the view of the sea from the comfortable bed. My only hesitation for booking would be to consider that if you are a very tall person, getting through the short doors in and out if the bathroom may be a challenge.
