Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nosara

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

Camila was a great host. She was proactive with recommendations and very responsive when needed. The house was ideal, spacious and well located.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nosara. The place itself is very modern, comfortable and has everything you will need for a short or long stay in Nosara. There are great places to eat in walking distance and also a short drive away. Ezer is a wonderful host and we couldn’t have been happier. A++

Perfection. Absolute perfection. The other reviews are spot on. Just book it already. The views can’t be beat and no picture can do it justice. Everywhere you look it is beautiful and magical: the jungle sounds, the sunsets, the amazing flora and fauna, the details and thoughtful touches. It is so perfect it is almost overwhelming. Every day, I couldn’t believe I was there. And the hosts! They are amazing! They are genuinely kind and generous, not that fake used car salesman nice. They are the real deal. Anything they recommend, just do it. Use their concierge service and do everything! You can’t go wrong. We would have stayed longer and plan to go back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Heather’s home in Nosara. So much so that all we can talk about is returning on a yearly basis. The home was beautiful, the pool was perfect for our toddlers, the rooms were spotless and sound proof (the grandparents slept soundly and did not hear our kiddos wake up early morning) and every single little detail was well thought out. Also, the surroundings are stunning. We spent a couple of morning on the top patio deck watching monkeys cross in front of the house or taking in the sunrise and sunset. It was magical. We also enjoyed watching the coatis and raccoons sneak around the property. Tiffany and Heather also gave the absolute best recommendations. The sunset at La Luna and the unforgettable experience at Coyol were the perfect dinner experiences. We can’t say enough about Heathers home. Thank you both so much for an unforgettable stay. Hopefully we’ll be back soon. Pura vida!

I work remote and took my work to the mountains. I stayed at this hotel for a whole month. The mountains are beautiful and amazing to wake up to every morning. The sunrises and star gazing on this mountain was phenomenal. The fruitful trees that the monkeys have to climb daily was so inspiring to watch how God provides to all species. The sounds of the birds singing in the jungle was a great experience for my morning coffee. And last but not least the amazing staff here! I am blessed to have found this wonderful place to stay for a month! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Staff responded timely and very helpful. Great WiFi connectivity, electricity worked well, plenty of hot water. You will need a 4x4 vehicle or a taxi that provides it. Beaches are nearby and the culture was great to visit and explore. I see why this area specifically is the blue zone. Pura vida lives in this mountain top. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to visit again. Glamping!!

Casa Dee and our host Pablo were AMAZING! This house is just a few block from the beach, around the corner from a ton of fabulous restaurants, and on the same street as a great yoga/pilates studio. You cannot go wrong. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is new, modern, and gorgeous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were here with three families (13 total) and fit VERY comfortably. We did breakfast at the house with yummy fresh bread from the Organic Bakery a few blocks away. We also did great snacks from the market and picked up delicious fresh produce and eggs from the farmers market (Tuesdays before 2p). The house is stocked with everything you could need (beach towels, yoga mats) and Pablo is a quick text away. He let us know when the turtles were nesting, arranged surf lessons, and had a ton more recommendations. We had one car and one golf cart for the three families. Although most is very walkable it was nice to have these options. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay was amazing! Justin was awesome, giving us easy instructions and was so friendly. The walk into town only took about 10 minutes, felt super safe and was enjoyable. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and had some much needed AC! Would for sure come back, 10/10 stay! Check out Cosita close by for some delicious authentic Italian pizza too!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! Highly recommended! Location was perfect, we walked to Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones almost everyday, there’s also great restaurants within walking distance. Tuk Tuks also available if you are at Guiones in the evening and don’t want to walk the beach back. The place itself was even more beautiful and stunning than the photos. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and lots of seating inside and outside. Pool was lovely and we used it everyday, neighbors are very friendly! Douglas and Lee were quick to respond and gave excellent recommendations before and during our stay! :)

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was lovely and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We loved the balcony and the beautiful trees and plants surrounding the pool. The swinging chair was a real treat for me. The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. It was great having a washer and dryer on site.

I didn't know laying in a pool and listening to the Pacific Ocean crash while monkeys swung overhead was a life goal until I stayed at Jill's. We saw howler and cappuchin monkeys, coati, and countless birds just hanging by the pool one afternoon. Jill was friendly, informative and made sure we were taken care of even when she wasn't physically able to be on the property. The property itself was insanely amazing and the perfect relaxing beachfront location for unwinding. There are bars and restaurants we were able to easily walk to using the jungle path Jill noted. I couldn't rate her home more highly!

We had a great time! Its a beautiful place, nicely decorated, very peaceful and an awesome swimmingpool!! We got welcomed by monckeys and Toecans and Motmots. The hosts are quick in responding and very polite (they even give us heads up if there were monkeys around). We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked it for a longer time. This is my second time staying with Stacy and Alberto. They are super communicative and made it very easy to get into the property upon arrival. The place was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. They were also very good about staying in touch to make sure I didn't need anything and check-in went smoothly. Staying with them is always a pleasure, I only wish I could stay longer!

Not much to add beyond the countless rave reviews here. The restorative and serene view and location is obviously the best quality, but the condo itself is comfortable and offers all the comforts of home as well. We loved the empty beach, the sound of the surf, and the cackle of the tropical birds. If you want crowds and traffic jams, head to Tamarindo. If you yearn for quiet and a vintage Costan Rican experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Had a wonderful stay in Samara for our honeymoon in the Dalia suite! The Congo lounge was a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and view howler monkeys in the trees. Beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere was the standout. The pool was very refreshing on hot afternoons and the property overall was beautiful!

I can’t say enough positive things about Tina and Jorg and their place! Looked just like the photos and amenities were as described. During our stay we encountered one of the largest rain storms in the history of Samara! We had some slight water damage on the walls but as soon as I told Tina and Jorg, they were quick to respond and help out. They even went as far to come by the place the next morning with a bottle of wine as an apologetic gesture! Samara is a safe small town with so many restaurants that are all within walking distance of the condo. There is a path that takes you out to the Main Street from the condo, it is a bit of a steep hill but the exercise was much needed after all the food we ate! There’s also a ton of excursion vendors for tours like ATVs and kayaking. I definitely recommend yoga as well as Gusto’s for comfy beach chairs and great service! Tina and Jorg truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We loved our stay. Pura Vida!

The host was very responsive with suggestions for my teenaged son to enjoy local surfing areas and options for local places to eat (Lola's and Tiki Hut are fabulous!)

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

The place met our expectations, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach because it is so close. Access was easy and there are shops (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.) quite close. My husband and I had a great time! Thank you both for your attention and prompt response.
