Beachfront holiday rentals in Nosara

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

Die Aufteilung des Hauses war perfekt für uns. Und das Privileg in so einem Haus zu wohnen war für uns aussergewöhnlich. Danke Roxana. Als Gastgeberin warst du sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hast alles wunderbar organisiert. Diese fantastischen Wochen werden unvergesslich bleiben und wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Our family had an awesome stay! The house is in a great location in Nosara, very easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Steve was a very helpful host, providing clear instructions and great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the peaceful, private location of this Airbnb! Bernd was very communicative and left detailed instruction of what’s around the area to what was available to use at the house. We loved so many things about this place the list would go on and on. Thank you Bernd for allowing us to experience such beauty.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place! It was walking distance to everything in Nosara, including the beach, shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the easy distance to carry our surf boards to the beach. It was lovely to swim and lounge by the pool in the hot afternoons. The three separate buildings gave plenty of privacy for three couples. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and there was a lovely covered outdoor dining space. We would recommend staying here to everyone and would love to come back someday!

I didn't know laying in a pool and listening to the Pacific Ocean crash while monkeys swung overhead was a life goal until I stayed at Jill's. We saw howler and cappuchin monkeys, coati, and countless birds just hanging by the pool one afternoon. Jill was friendly, informative and made sure we were taken care of even when she wasn't physically able to be on the property. The property itself was insanely amazing and the perfect relaxing beachfront location for unwinding. There are bars and restaurants we were able to easily walk to using the jungle path Jill noted. I couldn't rate her home more highly!

Location. Location. Location. This place is right on the beach with an elevated ‘treehouse’ stay that smartly uses the space on the ground floor as an area to eat, cook, wash dishes, lounge and enjoy being by the beach. We stayed for 7 nights with a toddler and infant. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are friendly and Luis was particularly helpful and engaging. Breakfast is included. The fruit is fresh and juicy. Breakfast overall was good, however, the experience could be improved by adding a traditional Costa Rican breakfast at least every other day. Having a mosquito net installed above the futon in the living room is a quick fix and needed. Luckily we brought a mosquito net which Luis helped install. As noted in another review there is only one futon not two. Our 3 year old enjoyed using the pool. Looking forward to coming back to Samara.

This is literally staying ON the beach in a casual, tranquil, local Tico neighborhood. If you love the beach and can imagine the convenience of having your house along with you as you enjoy the beach, then you’re likely to love this stay. You know what the tide is doing because you hear it and see it from the house 24/7. The peaceful sounds of the surf, rain and wildlife were our favorite part! Thanks!

Great responsive host and perfect location right in the centre. Some action at night if you are a light sleeper but it is a perfect location otherwise. right by grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous- extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It has lots of natural light, fresh breezes, and a beautiful view of the mountains. This was my second stay at Casa Abundia and my first time at the Del Mar Villa and I will always recommend this place to friends and family.

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. We had a fantastic stay! We were a group of 5 (myself, husband, two toddlers, and grandmother). There was so much space for everyone. This location is really fantastic- it is removed from the main town area, but we didn't mind at all because the hotel is so great and the stretch of beach that's across the road is absolutely perfect. The food and hospitality here was also wonderful. We can't wait to come back! (Tip- make sure you go to the beach right across the road for sunset. Bring drinks from the hotel bar. Can't be beat)

What a beautiful spot! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Costa Rica trip and what a beautiful way to end it. The house is great. The AC in the rooms cooled it off nicely and the pool was perfect. We loved how accessible everything was from this place including the beach and restaurants. Samara is a beautiful little laid back town and this place fits right in. The host was so sweet and very responsive with any questions we had. Easy 5 star and would recommend CasaBea’s to everyone! Thank you for a great stay!

Casa Samara was described as family friendly, and it sure was! The kids *loved* the pool and we could walk right out the front gate to the beach. It was about a 25 minute walk (with kids) to downtown Samara. The hosts were so responsive when we extended our stay and needed some clean sheets. All of the rooms had fans and all of the beds had bug nets. 💜

El lugar cumplió nuestras expectativas , tuvimos la oportunidad de ir caminando a la playa por lo cerca que queda. El acceso fué fácil y hay comercios (restaurantes , coffee shops , supermercados, etc) bastante cerca. Mi esposo y yo la pasamos excelente ! Gracias a ambos por la atención y pronta respuesta.

It was exactly what we expected, because all the descriptions fully matched what we got. We were ready that the access to the house is not easy because of the tide, we were ready that the house would be small, but or was ok for us, because we stayed only 2 nights. And we DIDN’T want noisy restaurants nearby, so we got what we wanted, Thank you so much!!!❤️

I can't say enough about the location and Airbnb amenities. Steps from the beach, a private pool to cool off on those hot summer nights, and I have never felt so safe and secure. The casita was pristine and well stocked. Most of all, Fatou was responsive and friendly.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Loved my stay, loved the beach. My hosts were lovely and friendly but also I felt I had privacy. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Having the kitties around was homey for me. When the brand new coffee maker wasn't working I was met with kindness and it was replaced immediately which was very lovely. I had to rush out the morning of my check out to catch a bus and Balto saw me right after missing it, with great help and advice which, wasn't expected. The town is quaint and quiet and I had my own special surprise reunion the day before I left with a special friend that really made the trip stand out. We got to catch my last sunset from Playa Carrillo, also beautiful. I hope to return soon and have many thanks to my hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay! Jose was very responsive and always kind and helpful. The house is in a great spot and is great for relaxing on the porch after a long day. Perfect for enjoying Samara and the surrounding area.

Kyle's place has everything you need! It's small but very cozy, pretty and close to everything. You'll feel right at home!!

My third stay with Jean Carlos, and again it did not disappoint. Every time I come, I feel at home and welcome. And Jean Carlos continues to improve the residence with something new each time I come. I'm looking forward to the next visit!
