The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a four year old daughther, and a two-year old boy, so there is baby chairs, babybeds, and changing tables available.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet! Stedet er perfekt om du har leiebil,gratis parkering. Hyppige bussavganger som tar deg både til flyplassen og Tromsø sentrum. Du kan ta på deg skiene og gå rett ut bak huset og opp i ferdi preparerte skiløyper som også er belyste- eller gå opp fjellene for randonee etc. Denne villaen har egen takterrasse med fantastisk utsikt. A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system. The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.
