Short but sweet stay. The surroundings are absolutely gorgeous! Tent, mattress and sleeping bag were super comfortable and warm. Well equipped kitchen on site, great WiFi and a friendly host!

Stay and book within the city of Tromsø for 2-3 days and the rest of your stay, you MUST book one of Freddy’s campers. Beyond the city, you will see the real beauty of Tromsø. We stayed at Freddy’s place for 5 nights! Within six days, 1. We saw the Aurora Borealis dancing right in front of Freddy’s property. 2. We watched the most beautiful green, pink, purple Aurora Borealis during our last night right at Freddy’s backyard. 💚💜💖 3. We hiked twice in different areas 30-mins away by driving from Freddy’s place, 4. We had a walk in the nearby area 5. We ate quail eggs (gifted to us by Freddy). 6. There was a day when we just stayed in the camper, enjoyed the view and read a book. We also walked around the area that day. 7. From afar, we saw Moose and Reindeers. 8. Max the cat, the ducks and Geese are a plus! So adorable! We really wanted to get around the places outside the city, good thing Freddy had an extra car for us to rent. We can assure you, renting a car and driving around is worth the view, worth the everything! 😉 The camper was clean, complete and organize as we arrived. For two people, it is very spacious. The view from the window is stunning. The camper is well-heated. 30mins away, there is a local grocery store. We ate there once and we liked it, and we did our groceries from there too. Karin welcomed us and explained to us everything. Freddy was very helpful with many tips to give us. You can ask him anything about Tromsø. He lent us snow shoes and walking sticks for hiking. We wouldn’t have hiked without it. They are both hospitable and very interesting people to talk with. So if you’re planning a trip outside of Tromsø city, Freddy’s camper is the place to be!

Bjarte and his wife are very helpful hosts. I wasn’t able to stay at the caravan for a problem they informed me about, but the boat house they offered me was super beautiful and fully equipped. The only let down was not having Wi-Fi at all, and the place if you don’t have a car is a bit isolated, but the island is absolutely stunning, immersed in nature. Overall recommended

Glamping at Gunnar's place is worth a trip. Super nice and service minded host and lovely place. Even in bad weather, we cost ourselves. But set aside more days so there will be time for everything that's on offer.

We've had the pleasure of staying with Tiglkåk twice, and each visit has been exceptional. The caravan is cozy and offers ample storage, making it a comfortable retreat. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their flexibility with check-in was particularly appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Nice and different experience that was perfect for some quiet days

Ideal accommodation for a stopover in Odda. The caravan was extremely clean. There was nothing missing. We felt comfortable and slept well.

Me and my boyfriend were welcomed by Sissel who explained everything we needed to know. The airbnb was on a farm property, but still very private. We used the sauna, the jacuzzi, cold plunge the spot has a beautiful view. The bathroom and shower was in the next door building but the there was an outdoor cold shower which we used. We found this airbnb because of its location close to the airport and to be honest it’s a perfect stay for a couple/ family or group of friends.

Kenneth was very nice and welcomed us warmly. He showed us around the charming farm and was very helpful during the stay. The caravan was larger and cozier than we had imagined – really a positive surprise! There was a lovely path down to the water, perfect for a short walk, and it was a short drive to the store. On the farm, we got to make and enjoy the evening meal in the large greenhouse – a very special experience! Picking fresh lettuce straight from the garden and feeling how much better it tasted made it all the more memorable. Highly recommended!

Nice hosts, nice breakfast and nice location. If you are in the Narvik area you should definitely visit here. The view from the tipi is so phenomenal you could stay there all day but there is some nice hiking trails and a beautiful lake to swim in. We are definitely coming back.

The caravan is very clean and super cozy like the owners. Equipped with every comfort. Strategic location because there is nothing in that area and for those who travel by bike like us it was a valuable support point. Sea view and the midnight sun is wonderful. I really recommend it

Rented the cottage from 17/5-24/5 2025. 6 adults and 2 children. The cottage is exactly as in the photos. Cozy, charming and lovely clean. Quick communication with the host, who even warned about slippery access in the middle of the week. Fantastic view from the cottage located at the top with easy access to hiking behind the cottage. The first days we could sit outside and eat in the evening in the sun - on Wednesday there was snow with about 10 cm. So there was also a snowball fight and a snowman made during the summer holidays. The best recommendation of the host and this amazing cottage from us.

Was guests at a wedding at Onsøyen farm. That's why it was glamping. Very cozy tent, great view and yummy breakfast basket. Gunhild and Roland are skilled and pleasant hosts. Recommended!

We loved our stay in the caravan! it was always really warm and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Kristian was super helpful and it was amazing be able to hire his great car. He even dropped us to the bus stop on Sunday when we were leaving. The location was really convenient and easy to find and the views were beautiful. It was peaceful and private. We would definitely book here again!
