Jodie’s house was in the perfect location to explore Byron. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Wonderful place to stay!

Mark and Leslie went out of their way to ensure that our stay was memorable and fuss-free. Outstanding hosts- helpful and accessible. Property was scrupulously clean, safe and private. Warm, comfortable and well appointed- HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will definitely be looking to return as a family!

A great find! It was our first time visit to Yamba. Nava is a great, friendly & communicative host, always helpful & always responsive! Nava was always very obliging! The property we stayed in was everything as described & more - actually better in real life than the photos - spacious, easy to find, peaceful yet close to the town centre, restaurants, walking tracks, beaches & more beaches & great local shopping! Perfect base for a family holiday in CoffsHarbour. The unit is directly across the road from the surf beach, the central pool was perfect and within walking distance to Coffs Creek and the SLC for brunch and lunch. The unit is in a quiet estate of 18, all residents very considerate. The unit itself was perfect for our needs - well stocked kitchen with pots, pans etc. AC upstairs and down was great, BBQ and courtyard was perfect for dinners. I agree with other reviews that the place is a wee bit tired - it's perhaps showing its age slightly but absolutely perfect for a week long holiday rental. The only draw back was no wifi meaning we couldn't really usethe ipads and couldn't connext the TV to Chrome cast. Definitely not the end of the world! Would 100% stay again.

Great place! We didn’t use the bbq and pool as it was raining but the house itself was perfect for 6 people. Walking to the town was taking us about 24 mins, however, ubers were readily available in the area. The house was in a peaceful location.

Hollys house is stunning. Comfortable and perfectly clean- we stayed with our three children and were overly impressed with all the niceties - how much space we had, the toys and little garden house kept our kids happy. Quiet neighbourhood, minutes drive from everything. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Great town house close to Byron Bay centre, just a 5min walk. Place was clean and well appointed. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults / 4 kids) which worked out well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our visit to Col’s townhouse! Exactly what we expected from the photos but bigger, would be great for two families. Amazing location opposite the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Above all Col responded to messages quickly and was very helpful and understanding with any questions we had. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing place with great amenities. We really loved the layout with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. Amazing location, short walk to shops and beach. Renae was very responsive. We stayed with 4 kids including a baby and the only thing was we needed to be mindful of all the stairs. There were no blinds so at night it was quite bright but this didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay! It feels like you’re in the middle of the rainforest and at the same time it’s nearby the beautiful beaches. An ideal combination! The house itself was really nice as well: nice furniture, bed and shower. When we came back after a trip, it felt like getting home. We could sit for hours on the balconies, watching and listening to all the beautiful birds and wallabies. One time we saw a koala in a tree nearby! And (almost) every evening different possums came up the balcony to eat the birds’ leftovers from the bird feeders. One of them had a baby carrying on its back! It was an unforgettable experience that made our trip to Gold Coast complete!

Kids loved the playground and bunk room. We all loved the outdoor entertaining area. Lovely beachy design. Modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Just had a job to find the tea towels in the secret drawer in the bin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was very roomy and home from home. Beds very comfortable, and everything was very clean. We absolutely love being so near the beach and many different coastal walks available. Scenery was stunning.

The place is cozy, quiet, and peaceful. It has everything you need inside the house. It’s just a few minutes’ drive from the town center, yet very tranquil. The communication with the host was always excellent!

Barnaby was truly amazing! He was very accommodating to me and my little family from beginning to end. He checked in to see if we needed new sheets, which was great. I think the only things that were a tiny downfall was not having a spare clothes rack to dry our clothes and a few bathmats to change over (I used one of our own towels and alternated) and some face washes to wash our daughters face in the shower before bed. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay!!
