Belongil is without a doubt one of the very best locations in Byron and Scott and Mark are great hosts. From the property you can hear the waves and the birds, it’s so peaceful and comfortable. Walk into central Byron, along the beach, in less than ten minutes. Scott’s property is excellent value for money, super comfortable and clean, and is dog friendly with a secure yard. Perfect!

Kathy was a wonderful and kind host. We requested early check in and Kathy responded promptly and was able to offer us this which we were very grateful for! The accomodation was beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and felt very homey. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, towels and blankets. There were heaters in each room which kept the rooms warm at night. Overall, very happy with our stay. It was affordable and a great location, only a short walk to the shops, food and the beach! We absolutely loved the space! It rained all weekend but we enjoyed walks on the beach regardless, board games with the kids and beverages on the veranda! We will be back for sure!! Already looking for November!

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of surfers. Excellent views, with beautiful interior of room. Lots of extras in the room, very responsive host. Absolutely best place to stay in surfers with bonus of games rooms and pools.

We had a wonderful weekend away and staying at Glens unique home was a great plus. Glen was very friendly and welcoming and gave us good information on where to visit. The property was a real treat with Balinese theme running throughout, very unique and beautiful. Loved comfortable bed, cleanliness and decor of home. Great location situated beside beach with lots of attractions near by I highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We loved our stay at Jenny’s place! Firstly, the location absolutely couldn’t be beaten, we were spoiled for choice with restaurants and shopping. The beach is right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was pristine with all the little comforts included. Would definitely recommend to all!

We had a great stay at Melissa’s beach house. Such great location, overlooking the ocean whilst still being private and secluded on the hill. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the dolphins catching waves. The house is walking distance to the general store and the beach, and was perfectly furnished and well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay at Emma’s! We made a last minute booking, and was able to check in almost immediately. We appreciate the love that’s been put into the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Small things make a difference- like the toys we found for our little girl to play with. We will no doubt be back on our next visit to Sawtell. Thankyou :)

This is a beautiful townhouse 50m from the beach. A clean, well presented property. Everything we needed was there.

With a family birthday party nearby this was an ideal location within walking distance to the party and other needs. The whole experience was great with a very clean, comfortable and well equipped unit. Would happily recommend based on our visit and commend the owners for their tasteful and quality accommodation. A couple of little things to consider are, as mentioned, you can hear footsteps from the upstairs (no real issue for us but may be for some) and the off street parking requires driving across a kerb that may be limiting for those with low cars with low profile tyres. Overall. 5 stars

We absolutely loved the apartment at Minnie Water. It is such a beautiful area. We came for a rest and to totally unplug and we definitely did. It’s a well laid out space and very comfortable. We will be back again!

Great place to relax and unplug. Close to great cafes, restaurants and the pacific hotel. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
