Holiday rentals with breakfast in Northern Rivers

An absolute pleasure, from the warm welcome to the delightful interior and generous breakfast provisions. We loved the setting in the trees and being joined by the Rainbow Lorikeets for breakfast. Highly recommended for a quiet stay and a base to explore the Bellingen region.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings. Very large house and perfect for our dog who enjoyed his time there as much as we did. Sandy was a very helpful host.

We had a fantastic family stay at Kim's Airbnb! The thoughtful extras, like the welcome snacks and cozy blankets, made our experience feel extra special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for our family getaway.

The natural view from the house and the distant night view of the Gold Coast were absolutely beautiful. The location was also very convenient. The house was very clean and spacious, and I really enjoyed having a campfire in the yard. If I have the chance, I would love to visit again!

Stayed a night at Andrew’s amazing cabin, it was meticulously maintained and well stocked with snacks and breakfast staples. The views are incredible, we watched a glorious sunrise before we continued our journey home. Would love to spend a few days here rather than just passing through for 1 night. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here.

Staying at Jodie’s place was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Short walk to a beautiful beach, interesting old beach neighbourhood surroundings. Well stocked with breakfast and other foods and condiments. Fairly easy to cook for yourself as we did. Very spacious yet comfortable and cozy. Really loved our stay. Thanks Jodie 😊

Quirky, character premises with history and space. The firepit was a treat and there was nothing lacking in the property. Great bedding! Highly recommended.

Beautiful little oasis to kick back and experience nature. So calm and peaceful. Absolutely loved staying there, we will be back for our next visit to Mt Tamborine. We were provided daily breakfast for us to cook which was a wonderful extra touch. Jo is very friendly and kind, thanks for a having us!

The place was really nice! Everything was perfectly fine. He was understanding about me not mentioning my under 2 year old and was a great host. I was originally under the impression the whole house/block was ours but it is divided in half which isn’t an issue as the half for guests is perfectly suitable for a stay the only thing is sound travels so that can feel a little awkward hearing each other through the walls but despite that everything was great!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. Bed was very comfortable and view from the unit was beautiful and lots of privacy. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

Ellen, thank you for such a wonderful, relaxed stay. Your attention to detail was first class. The added touch of fresh bread, cookies, breakfast pre-prepared, milk in the fridge....the list goes on. We noted the beautiful Sheridan bedding and gorgeous white Sheridan towels which are our favourite brand. This beautiful cottage is lovely and cosy and the surrounding gardens are picturesque. It was quite cool during our stay, but the heating from the air conditioning and electric blanket was the perfect remedy. We also had a lovely time in Bangalow, which has an abundance of charm and many specialty shops, with great places to eat which are all within walking distance of the cottage. if you love animals then Julie's B&B is the place for you. My two snags loved meeting their kindred pack and roaming the countryside. we were shadowed by two friendly nanny goats and the cutest two dorper lambs you'll ever meet. take some fresh greens and they'll be friends for life. I loved the link,tink of the sheep bell in the quiet of the night as the heard grazed in the paddocks. The views of the paddocks and hills are amazing to wake up to in fresh good quality crisp bed linen. Yummies in the fridge when you arrive and a balcony to lounge on with a quiet relaxing drink. Ahhhh the serenity ...

what a lovely house..sarah was so helpful and kind..home was well equipped and some lovely welcome food and drinks on arrival..peaceful area but walkable to beach and as long as have a car can access loads of local towns etc within 30mins of the house..a real home from home ..and the birds on the terrace at breakfast were a bonus..highly recommended..one of our best air bnb experiences.. thanks again sarah

From the moment we arrived we felt like we had known Kim for years as she welcomed us into her beautiful home and gardens. Kim was the most generous host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will certainly be back to experience the warm, welcoming hospitality of Kim and the charming town of Tenterfield.

We went to stay for a couple of nights and it was just right for us. Getting in to the restaurants was a nice drive and getting back to the cabin was quiet and calming. Loved the wood fire!

I loved the natural stone pool and bush surroundings, grotto like bath/ shower perfect for two and airy light open deck/ lounge room. The kitchen is much like a hotel but everything is close by for substantial meals outside of brekky and reheating. Janine is so lovely and unobtrusive. I would recommend her place to anyone the wants a quiet stay.
