Guest house holiday rentals in Northern Neck

Love our two night stay at Glenn's carriage house. In a really pretty neighborhood with extremely close access to the great park system that runs along the James River. Convenient to access all areas around Richmond. Glenn was responsive when we needed to ask about check out instructions while also not overly communicating. Would highly recommend!

The Tiny House was the perfect getaway! The beach was very private. The Sunsets were just gorgeous! Our Host Christi went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.All I really needed to bring was myself and my clothes. She had everything we needed. She told me how to get to a really cool antique shop. It was awesome! I can't say enough good things about Christi. She was an amazing Host and extremely helpful! Her place is truly a Hidden Gem! Thank you Christi!

We had a wonderful week staying at Holly Corner Cottage and exploring the historic area. The cottage is private and the hosts are responsive to any possible needs. If you’re looking for cozy, quaint, and comfortable this is your place.

Peaceful getaway for our small family to escape the hustle of the city. David and Misunn have put a great amount of detail into their Airbnb and the amenities on the property. The cottage we rented was just like the photos and offered us a home away from home feel. The pool on site was just the right temperature and size to get our last water time before the season turns. Beautiful property and local restaurants made our weekend the relaxing time we desired.

The Corn Crib was a last minute booking for an overnight on a longer trip and were so sad it was just 1 night! The property is absolutely gorgeous and we look forward to coming back!

It was a great place to stay for our biking weekend. It rained on Saturday so Dianne extended a later check-out time so we could get a ride in on Sunday morning and still shower and clean up before heading home! She offered this to us without our prompting! Thanks, Dianne!

The cottage is a gem - gorgeous spot with lots of quiet and privacy on the water - great nature watching. Lots of beautiful outddor spaces - the dock out front was a great spot for coffee and there is an outdoor porch as well as a detached covered porch. We biked around and saw gorgeous views and lots of marinas. Local restaurant seafood was delicious and Meg recommended several great spots. An afternoon sail with Captain Russ (also recommended) topped off the weekend nicely. Highly recommend!

We rented both the main house and the cabin for our large group which provided us a ton of space for our large group of adults. Lukas was responsive and helpful, accommodating a late check out when our schedule changed due to the weather. The location is beautiful and from the minute we stepped out of the car we were relaxed. The house and cabin were clean and well thought out. The river is amazing and you see it from almost every window. The covered outdoor areas made our day of rain nothing to worry about. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!!

Kristy & Joon are a super lovely couple that we reallyenjoyed talking with! The lower cottage was right on the water and newly renovated. We also loved being able to keep our boat at the dock!

Byron's place is a great combination of peaceful and secluded, but close to many of the towns around the area. The place has an amazing view with direct access to the water. The porch is a great place to watch sunsets, bird watch, or enjoy a cold drink. Would definitely stay again.

I had just graduated college the morning of my check in; I was grateful that I was able to have somewhere to stay so soon! Amanda’s guesthouse was everything and more! I definitely loved the fact that the hosts were right next door in their home; I felt safer knowing they were a knock away! Responsiveness was above and beyond! My favorite things about the guesthouse were the bedding and linen! I slept sooooo well and I was grateful for the peace I had being there! Would definitely refer Amanda to my family and friends!!!

This cottage is lovely and cozy, and nestles on the back of Kaye’s property in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy to find and access, no problem parking, very clean, stocked with necessities and a very soft and comfortable bed. And if you like being surrounded by hydrangeas, you’re in luck. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Kaye is a dream hostess! I will be back to stay soon and 100% recommend this property

An absolutely wonderful space. Cozy, as described, but it was the absolutely perfect base for my wife's and my weekend adventure in the nearby town of Onancock. The waterfront location is quiet and perfect for unwinding after a day or biking enjoying the shore. Martha could not have been more welcoming. This in addition to great communications and little touches like a goodie bag with snacks. Highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting the area.

This cute place was perfect for what I needed and was a home away from home. It was quiet and peaceful. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make my own meals. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I loved this little spot. It was quiet and peaceful. The property was immaculate. The bed and linens were comfortable, and I plan on purchasing the brand of towels that were in the bathroom, as they were so plush. The coffee in the kitchen was some of the best coffee we've had. We walked to the Fat Rabbit Bakery--good coffee there too. So wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the home that we took advantage of and all essentials +++ were provided. Parking out front of the property is tight, but no problem. We will absolutely book this home again when visiting Richmond!

Kat and Mike were fantastic hosts. This studio unit was exactly what we needed for our visit. Thoughtfully stocked with items to make your stay easy and comfortable, very clean, and with a wonderfully comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. The location is in an established residential neighborhood that was very quiet. Watching the birds at their feeders from the screen porch while having coffee in the morning was a great start to the day. An overall excellent experience.

Very relaxing stay. Check-in with a code which is always very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the property was exactly as described. Sitting on the balcony and sipping coffee is a must. The apartment is also very close to Richmond and nearby battlefields. We highly recommend this space and would stay again.

What a wonderful family vacation! The apartment was so clean & had the most amazing views. We felt right at home. It was about 20 min from Westmoreland state park & downtown colonial beach. What a peaceful vacation along the Rappahannock.

Spent a few days in the Penthouse while checking out all of the hot spots in Williamsburg. We really enjoyed the property and the ammities. Our teenage girls enjoyed it as well. Fishing spot is phenomenal. Great place to make memories. Well done Annie :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
