The location is magnificent, with all the city's entertainments right next to it: market hall and market square ( less than 100 m ), Oulu theatre ( 220 m ), cinema ( 280 m ), restaurants ( less than 100 m ), shops in the city centre, beach ( 230 m ), etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. This beautiful Villa Uuttu is located right on the lake front. It has four bedrooms, big common area with a fire place and smart tv, fully equipped kitchen and sauna area. Free use of washing machine and dryer for guests. Also for kids, there’s books and board games available. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet doing different activities depending on the time of year.
