Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Finland

Everything went really well. Lovely place, own peace and a good destination on the way from north to south. The children were comfortable, they were wonderfully taken care of. The house had a warm atmosphere, it was a welcome feeling. We can come again!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

Property as advertised. Professional communication. I would come again. Extra: +A sufficiently large yard for parking cars and trailers. +At least this time, the water area in front of the cottage was fishable with waders and a spinning rod.

I was on a bike trip with my brother and we enjoyed ending our trip here, where we got to use the sauna and sleep in comfortable beds! In addition, the house was wonderful and cozy in every way! I really appreciate the washing machine and dishwasher! The house was located in a pleasant residential area, conveniently located near the city center.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely cottage, and particularly appreciated Sara's responsiveness, the large shower area - sauna, the magical surroundings to walk in Finnish nature ❄️ Although we came without children, we found the plush giraffe adorable 💕 Very happy with this choice of accommodation 😊

We rented both apartments in this semi-detached house for Easter. Our daughter's family of 2 adults and three children in the bigger and Grandma and Pappa in the smaller. We were brilliantly satisfied and the surroundings were peaceful,not a long distance to shops and services about, 2km. Outdoor terrain right from the door,skiing, jogging,Frisbee trails, etc . In a good location and just the right room for the purpose

Excellent choice if you are visiting Oulu. Henri is super helpful and his place is wonderful: clean, thoughtfully arranged, all amenities you may need, great views from the large windows, quiet, but in the best possible location in the city.

The apartment is located in a prime location in the center of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

The apartment was clean and it was especially nice when Johannes had taken care of the children with a couple of books and toys. 👍😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annukka is such a kind and helpful host. We appreciated the detailed instructions for the appliances and loved all of the amenities in the apartment (including a well-equipped kitchen, nice organic products and lots of shelf space). We very quickly felt at home and were sad to leave. Highly recommended!

Meets all expectations

In a beautiful area, a very well-maintained housing association and peaceful. A big recommendation from us. Pirkko's home is just right for two people. Everything you needed for a pleasant vacation was found. We had a great time and will come back if possible.

It was pretty clean & in a very good location.

The accommodation is of course recommended in winter due to its location in the ski area, but also in summer for outdoor activities. Although it is small, everything necessary is available. Communication with Ilari was straightforward.

Nice apartment with a nice terrace, a nice bed and wonderful bedding.

The wooden sea house is very authentic and attractively decorated. Sufficient space for 4 people. Within walking distance of the beach and a beautiful base for visiting Hailuoto Island and the city of Oulu.

We stayed in Mervi's apartment in Oulu for the weekend and had a great time. Messaging with Megan was friendly and smooth, we got answers to our questions and inquiries promptly, and overall, there was plenty of flexibility when we arrived and when we left. The apartment was already charming based on the photos, but it delighted us with its comfort and functionality in a very positive way. The details were well thought out, making it a really enjoyable place to stay, in addition to providing all the amenities you need for a weekend stay. We'd love to be Mervi's tenants again as long as we visit Oulu again and can warmly recommend the place to other travelers.

Had a wonderful stay with Nina. They were so flexible both in check in and check out. The place was quite centrally located very easy with nearby resturants and groceries. The apartment was super comfortable and the beds were super good. we enjoyed the stay and the only pity was i couldnt stay longer

I had a great experience wirh this Airbnb. Joni is very helpful and always reachable. The location of this apartment is great, very close to the city center, a mall with a supermarket, and to the Arktikum. Everything was clean and there was a folder in the room with flyers for the different kinds of activities you can book in Rovaniemi and other useful information. If I come back to Rovaniemi, this will be my first choice of accomodation.
