Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! A beautiful, compact, apartment at a really lovely beach!

The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. Well-ventilated apartment, beautiful view, extremely organized and clean, and Silvio provided 2 gallons of drinking water for consumption. It has the best cost benefit considering the location x price. The evaluation earns 5 stars for the transparency of the information described. However, as I did not pay attention to the description of well water, this was one of the major points that would not lead me to stay for a long time again if I return to the good trip. Well water is salty and the feeling of having bathed on the beach and not having cleaned oneself is unpleasant and there is no way to “get used to” it in a short time. The bad smell of the bathroom drain was also informed of how to avoid it, but sometimes I forgot the drain open and the smell appeared. The fact that the building does not have running water is a peculiarity and not a general problem in Recife, since my guest is a native. I was pleased with the cost benefit and transparency in the information.

The photos do not show all the wonderful that the house has. Because it's huge. Terezinha is extremely organized, for you to have any idea, there is even medicine for an emergency. Complete kitchen, bed , table and bath , all of great quality and comfort. Left towels, even has beach towels. In front of the sea , easy access and Terezinha is the best host of all, very kind, she sent me several tips . It helped me a lot because I went to a wedding and she sent me several room options where I could get ready. Not to mention we filled with pampering. It had several fruits, chocolates, milk, biscuits , coffee, sugar and even champagne. It was all wonderful. I just have to thank you .

It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly furnished and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. You can experience the sunrise from your bed. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. It's only a short walk to Jaguaripe. The dinner prepared by Maria is a special treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Teca, it was a special experience and I would love to come back.

Great for privacy seekers. Beautiful and simple cottage. However, at a bad location for the time, the tide rises early and becomes unfeasible because it has to pass the car in the water. Besides, no one showed up to know if we were in need of something, such as the homemade, it is a place for you to isolate yourself and turn around. Outside this is a great chalet to rest and get away from day to day.

There were four of us there for a few days. Three adults and one toddler. Beautifully located house with access to the beach. We had a very nice time there.

A stadia was perfect, from arrival to when we left. Aurora was attentive throughout the time we were in her apartment. By the way, the apartment is beautiful and very well located, clean and complete with all the utensils, we do not miss anything. Just leave the building that a few meters away, we are already on the beach. A quiet place and close to everything(in case you're by car). My son enjoys swimming pool and the building and a separate show. You can walk to several beaches. It was three days of rest and leisure. Thanks Aurora, for sharing your apartment .
