This Airbnb was fantastic! The location was great, and the room was incredibly cozy and clean. We really appreciated the excellent amenities, and everything worked perfectly. Truly the best Airbnb experience we've had!

I stayed in this property for 4 days and had a really good time. Manoj uncle and Debdutta brother were very helpful and friendly. If we needed anything at any time, Debdutta was always there to help us. When we arrived, Manoj uncle showed us around the property and made us feel at home. This place is private and has everything you need. The kitchen works perfectly, the bathroom is clean, the living room is big, and there’s a balcony in the bedroom. Our favourite part was the terrace next to the dining room, which was only for us guests to enjoy. We really had a great stay here!

Very nice place, very helpful host

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Since the location was bit inside, the host had provided a very clear instruction on how to reach the place. The caretaker was also helpful and responsive with quick support as and when needed. Overall a very good experience

Mr Anirban is a great host. Rooms are exact same with the pictures. I stayed with my family for 4 nights . This is my first booking on Airbnb. This property is good and worth to every single penny. We feel like our own home. My parents were so happy. They really like the rooms and space. Quiet and peaceful property.staff is great and good boys. You can order food. But for that you have to give them some time. Because they make everything after your order. Food is excellent.Overall experience super. Thanks Mr Anirban for your super response and guidance.

Great host, very helpful. The host is responsive and ready to assist. There is a guard dog for added security. The apartment was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. It's a great place to live if you can overlook the occasional car noise passing by.

The place was very well maintained and the care takers were really amazing and they helped us with our every small and big request. Vivi was very responsive and helped us find the place. I was a little sceptical because I have been to a few places in Assam and surrounding areas, that were not maintained at all, but this was indeed a home away from home :)

It was my second visit to this property and asusal it was amazing . The check in was hassle free and whenever we needed anything our host(saikat) was there to guide us. The rooms were cleaned and properly furnished as well .

Very well maintained peaceful place, just looks like given photographs. Host was very cooperative and responsive. Only drawback is that it is far from the centre of the city. Rest is very good.

I had a pleasant stay. If you follow the latitude and longitude given by Shafiq, you will be at the exact place. So, it was easy to find the address. The caretaker was helpful. He carried up and down my luggage’s and was responsive when I needed one or two things. You can cook by yourself and make tea/coffee and if you want to buy food that is also close enough to the place. The place was peaceful. If I need a place to stay in Dhaka, I would definitely be here again. As, Shafiq also has holiday flats in London for rents, if I visit there I would definitely knock him as he suggested.

Had an awesome time here with my family. We were here for almost 10 days and I would highly Recommend. Definitely will stay here everytime I come to Bangladesh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iftekher’s delightful apartment in Chittagong, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The property's highlight is the exquisite rooftop garden, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The apartment is well-furnished, offering all the essential comforts for a relaxing stay. It is ideal, situated away from busy thoroughfares yet conveniently only 15 minutes from downtown. Rangamati is conveniently located approximately an hour and a half away for those interested in exploration. The property manager, Helal Bhai, significantly enhanced my experience. He was warm and welcoming, always available to assist, and responded promptly to my inquiries unless he was engaged in prayer. His attentive demeanor added a personal touch to my visit. If you are contemplating a trip to Chittagong, I strongly endorse Iftekher’s apartment for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Perfect for 3 adults or a young family of 4. That's for staying. Everything is built, arranged and maintained with lots of care and meticulousness. Traditional, classy, and spacious. If one has local visiting guests, 2-3 of them could be treated as well. That's given the generous sitting, dinning and kitchen infrastructure. Caretaker is physically available to help with small tasks. Birds chirping in the morning, the netted balcony & windows were the Cherrys on top in my 3-days stay.

I stayed for a day, but it was a great experience. Will surely come back again

The place was nice. What stood out was the responsiveness of host. He always responded and took care of every request made. He arranged for extra bedding and as well allowed us for little late checkout due to our flight timings. The stay was pleasant. Will definitely recommend.

The place was extremely well managed and maintained. Decor and detailing of the place is so aesthetic. Looked far better than the pictures, host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, so much so that we had to extend 2 more days. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Overall it was good

Very happy with the stay. Surely would love to retun soon and i would recommend this serene place to anyone visiting Kolkata for a peaceful stay. Admire that Prajwalika(owner)was very supportive in my request for check in and proactively asking about any requirements. Important to mention Parul di, who was soft spoken and kind hearted, always there to help. Gratitude !
