Daniel's place is accurate as it was described. The room was amazing, we spent a lot of time exploring the locality. The location of the place is awesome very close to the nature.

The place is located near the darjeeling zoo. If you want a trip to places like the ropeway, happy valley, zoo, hmi, then this is a perfect location. If you're into roaming the mall everyday be prepared to wait for cabs or walk a lot to reach there. The hospitality of the hosts are unmatched. This is my second time here and the care and concern with which this place hosts travelers will always make you want to rebook whenever you come back to darjeeling.

Had a great stay with Mr. Pema. He cooks really good local food. The speciality of the place would be the bonfire and the home fermented rhododendron and blueberry wine which tasted amazing. Must try. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

I had a memorable stay at Emily and Sankrita's place. The place is a luxury given that it is located in a village and has every amenities one can look for in this budget. Sankrita is the sweetest host I have ever met. She and her team went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, always ready to respond to every demand. Sankrita also took me to nearby places of interest and cooked awesome food. The location is a bit remote, and the roads not so good. but it is totally worth it because of the genuine and kind hospitality of the host and the arrangements. Emily took care of all the initial communications. It was my "home" away from home, for those days and Sankrita made it possible. 💕 I cannot thank her enough for everything.

Sonu is a fantastic host. She is warm, friendly and professional. She goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable. Case in point, I needed a hair straightener and she lent me her own to help me out! The room is clean. Theu have their own kitchen from which you can get really good food at affordable prices. Definitely recommend!

A wonderful stay almost in the heart of Shillong, very friendly staff who took care of everything. They provided great recommendations and helped us book taxis to other places around Shillong. The food was amazing. The place has a lot of character and style. I would recommend The Anchorage to anyone at any time.

I loved staying at Vantage Homestay in Pelling. I’ve rarely met such warm, kind, welcoming people in any situation, not just as Airbnb hosts. They know how to put the “home” in a homestay. On a practical level, the family seems to know everyone in town. They found me a good driver and helped me set up my sightseeing rounds in a realistic way. But what I’ll remember most was the delicious home-cooked food (which I learned to prepare) and our lovely conversations, especially with the bright and talented children.

Zobawm is a peaceful place with a beautiful view. Both montain view and City view on the side makes mornings and nights to look forward to. This was my second trip to Aizawl and me and my wife enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are even better than the pictures. The food they provided is both tasty and healthy, specially the salad. I wish they could provide the recipe for it :) The owner Zothanzuala is very responsive and so are the care takers. They arranged for a cab for local sightseeing for us on our first day in about 20 minutes. We wish we could have stayed longer as there is so much to see in Aizawl/Mizoram that we couldn't finish in mere 3 days of our stay. We will recommend this place.

This was my second booking within a month, auntie Archana and uncle Natwar have been amazing to me, it felt more like I was part of the family. She made an incredible breakfast for me every morning, a real taste of Indian food in Kolkata, I cannot even start to explain how delicious it was, something different every morning that left me smiling ☺️ and looking forward to the next breakfast. I felt cared for as she and Uncle Natwar went the extra mile with any needs I had. I needed a small bag, and she gifted me with a new one on the same day. Uncle Natwar helping me with all my banking, travel plans and booking as I did not have an Indian sim card. Anything I needed, they provided. Thank you for a phenomenal experience. 😊

Nice hospitality and very clean property

This is my second visit to this homestay and my experience is even more lovely than my first trip. This time I had the grand view of snowclad mountains in the morning and splendid view of star studded sky in the night. As usual, Choden's father took great care of me and Choden's mother cooked delicious meals including the beef momo. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Choden's elder brother. Thanks and best of luck to Choden and her family.

Troy was the host with the most!!! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & welcome. From the time Troy picked us up from the airport to making transport arrangements to our next destination, we didn't feel like guests but like friends & family. We also met his family & some friends which really enriched our experience. We were even provided with delicious home cooked food just out of the goodness of their generous hearts. Nothing was too hard for Troy to help with. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

The place was good, and the food was nice. It's located about 5 km away from Mall Road. However, the picture showing the river trail is slightly misleading—we initially thought the property was near the river, but that image belongs to another location. Overall, a pleasant stay, but better clarity on the listing would be helpful.

Located in Jodhpur Park, once the hub of upper middle class Bengali lifestyle, the area has fallen into some degradation courtesy uncontrolled and unplanned urban sprawl. Yet, for past Calcuttans like myself, it still retains its old world appeal. Narayani’s is well located in the middle of a relatively quiet street with ample amenities within 5 mins of walk. The apartment itself shows some signs of aging but is spotlessly clean and with everything working. The caretaker, Sadhan, is friendly, responsive, helpful and a fabulous cook. Breakfast is something I looked forward to every morning because of how tasty it was and how well it was served on the table. It is ideal for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one attached), drawing room and a dining room and a fully appointed kitchen. Overall, I am very satisfied with the place and will book it again the next time I am back in town. I recommend it.

Fantastic! Couldn't have asked for better place and host! This will be my go to place in Kalimpong from now onwards. Food is absolutely fantastic, very welcoming, very helpful and friendly.

Rupankar is amongst one of the hosts who pulls up extra effort to make your stay comfortable..!! he did not only took care of us but also was kind enough to get the food prepared for our furry kid..!!

it's a bit hard to locate for the cabs, otherwise the place is good to stay who have work in the New Town area

The place is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. You can also access the main market fairly easily by walking or taking a cab. It was easy to communicate with Zomawii and she made sure we had a comfortable stay throughout by helping us with local recommendations and travel plans. The place itself is very beautiful and the caretakers are very polite. Highly Recommended for people travelling to Aizawl!

I had a truly excellent stay at the BCCP guest house and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Dhaka. I was in Bangladesh for work and needed an affordable place to stay in an easily accessible neighborhood, and also somewhere that I could host some meetings with colleagues. This place could not have been more perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The terrace and rooftop were especially nice, and offered an excellent place to have tea or relax at the end of the day. Dhaka is a noisy city in general, but inside is quiet and peaceful. I was traveling alone and felt very safe staying here and in the neighborhood in general. We had several meals at the guesthouse and the food was fresh, healthy, and very good. Dhananjoy is the caretaker, he was very attentive and professional. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

The whole family were wonderful hosts. They helped with advice on places to see and ways to get there. This clearly was the most warm, friendly and helpful experience we have had with AirBnb hosts. They went out of their way to provide us with information, arranging for transportation, advice on food and conversations about the people of Nagaland and their history. We learned so much from our interactions with them. Even when we were out, they would connect with us to make sure we were doing OK. A truly wonderful experience.
