Cottage holiday rentals in North Shore

Had a very peaceful stay in a lovely oceanfront cottage. Very clean and well appointed. Nice quiet neighbourhood in the country, well worth it.

Gorgeous location overlooking the lake and home has everything you need. Loved the dock and the access to the kayaks. Perfect place for a girls weekend! Thank you!

The cabin was delightful and very well equipped- it had everything we needed and more! The hot tub was great way to start and end the day. No complaints.

We loved our stay, the place is special. We had deer come right into the yard and the fireflies, at night, in the back field, was an unexpected and fantastic experience! Thank you so much, we cant wait to come back!!

If you like peace and quiet and are also into hiking & biking this location has it all. The Cape Split trailhead is walking distance and Blomidon Provincial park and its lookouts are not far away. Walk can I say about the cycling. In the daytime the roads are dead quiet with traffic (everything ends at Cape Split) and it's serious hill climbs in the area. There are also wineries to visit for those who like the "sip & cycle" rides. And of course the Scots Bay tide was a marvel to behold. Head down to the water's edge via Wharf Rd. for a walk at low tide. As someone else commented, the prices for meat & seafood at Sam's groceries in Canning are very reasonable. Our accommodation was spotless and well appointed. It was true to it's pictures and description. The hot tub really helps with the rejuvenation after hiking & biking. We would definitely stay again and further explore the area.

This place is quiet, peaceful and has everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. It also has a grocery store just a couple minutes away which is a bonus in case you forget to bring something. Definitely worth a stay if you’re ever in Tatamagouche.

Had a wonderful stay. Location was close to beaches and a short 30 drive to Charlottetown. Hot tub was a bonus - great spot to look at the stars. We were also lucky enough to be there for the full moon so got to watch the moon rise over the water. Quiet spot - we were there in the off season. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has charm out the wazoo. A beautiful spot with a lot of character. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Michael was super responsive and proactive when we lost power - leaving lanterns and a flashlight outside the door on our return. The beach is great, my wife couldn’t get enough of the seals sunning themselves on the rocks just off shore.

Beautiful location, great beach for rock collecting with low tide. Socal table restaurant was very close and delicious. Not far from Lobster Pound which we enjoyed. Cottage is rustic, initially not sure about the outdoor shower as the weather was cool but it was worth the experience. We kept the wood stove going as it was cool the first night. Not your typical Airbnb stay, but worth it!

Lyndsay was incredibly responsive throughout our interaction. The property matched the listing exactly and we were incredibly pleased with the location and the surrounding area. We've never stayed in such a serene and peaceful place. The property was well appointed and Lyndsay had thoughtfully provided everything guests would need for their stay.

Izabella was an extremely friendly and responsive host. She made our stay feel welcoming and offered some good local restaurants to try out. Her directions made it easier to find the cottage which can be easily missed if you're not looking for it on the highway.

The blue daisy was the perfect spot for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The house is quaint with breathtaking views. The host did a great job communicating and was extrmely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again if we ever return to PEI.

This was our first trip to PEI and we were unfamiliar with the area. We had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage and had everything we needed, except shampoo. :-) It was a little removed from restaurants, shopping and grocery stores but forced us to venture out and explore! The cottage was lovely, and the beds were so comfortable!

Amazing views. Cozy cottage with everything you need. Seen lots of wildlife, seals, bald eagle and a nice deer came strolling by while I had my tea on the deck. Had a wonderful relaxing week. Host was very friendly. Would recommend.

Stephanie's place was all you could wish for, to spend a relaxing vacation. Great location, awesome view, quite,and comfortable.nice country location,walks on the beach nearby lighthouse and restaurant about a 10 minute walk.We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the area, with all the farmers getting their crops in. very scenic drives to. visit other nearby towns. Stephanie was a great host and would recommend.

Wayne’s home is one of the best places I’ve stayed with AirBnB. Everything was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had most of what you need (even the knives were sharp!), the view was beautiful and Wayne was always available if we had questions or needed anything. As an added plus, he even had ice made, waiting for us in the freezer. All the little details like this made our stay amazing. I hope to be back in the coming years and I highly recommend this place to any single travelers or small families when staying in the area. Such a wonderful place to make memories. Thanks for everything, Wayne!!

Bridget was the most amazing hostess! The place is so homey and cozy, close to family friends and amenities. Sam was amazing too, super friendly and helpful! Really enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommended to anyone and would and hopefully stay there again.

Me and my friend had to get away from the city and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Such a cute private place and the views were amazing.

we had a wonderfull time. we booked the airbnb for my GF's Bday and spend three nights there. on Saturday we accomodaties 2 guests and even with the 4 of us it was very spacious. there is a staircase towards the beach maybe 20 meters from the backyard. the tides are amazing, you can walk in ankle deep water for hours and enjoy the little hermits fight, watch crabs seastars and much more. we got invited to a campfire on the second day. we felt right at home and all the surrounding neighbours seem to enjoy the change of people that come and go at the cottage. Julia and Blake were very responsive. There is a folder for Nelly's bar which delivers(and is only 5 minutes away) who I highly recommend. good seafood platter. If you find a small green crab on the Beach near the stairs, His name is Broccoli and he is the bestest beach boi you could wish for. He learned dutch so tell him Goedemorgen!! we will definitely return next year. Greetings from the Netherlands 🥳

The pictures don't do it justice, this place was beautiful and the location was great. The views from the front deck were incredible. It is right at the top of the gardens and there are public paths directly below the cottage but the place still felt quite private. Great home base if you're traveling around the north shore area! The host was very responsive any time we had a question. We definitely hope to come back again soon!

Great location, beautiful view of the lake. Excellent for snowmobiling and atving on the local trails. The cottage was very cozy, well equipped, comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay. Will most definitely return again.

My family had an amazing week staying at the cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very homey. Very easy to get to, close to town, and the views are spectacular at sunset. Jocelyn was quick to respond if we had questions. Highly recommend staying here!
