Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Port

Peaceful place! Everything was great.

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated home in a safe private neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious with lots of storage space. The patio was private with a beautiful pool that was well heated for this time of year. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Beautiful house, spacious, clean. Well equipped- plenty of dishes, towels- you don’t need to think about anything- Yelena already did! Loved the covered lanai and pool area, beautiful walks in the neighborhood. Attention to detail is unprecedented! Looks exactly like photos online, we will be back!

Lovely home with plenty of space. It was well kept, clean and organized. The host even left personal instructions for check in, and let me know ahead of time of any changes. Would definitely book again.

Evan was responsive from the day that we booked his beautiful home. Anytime I had texted him. he got right back to me. The thing that stands out most is that there was not a hairdryer, and he had one shipped the very next day to me. Evan is definitely a super host! I would recommend his beautiful home that sits on a canal in a heartbeat! It was wonderful sitting in the lanai, and watching the fish jump! Very convenient to so many places in the area. Thank you, Evan, for everything!

The place was great and clean. Beds were full size so a bit small for two people in one bed but was an amazing stay other then that .

The place was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Every concern was met with exceptional response time! We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet space to stay. We had no issues finding the enterance with the insructions given and were easily able to access the property. The pool is shared which I didn't notice on booking but was not an issue during our weekend trip.

We only booked this place for a quick overnight stay and I honestly regret not spending more time here. The place was pristine and the decor and theming was extremely detailed. It felt like we were staying in a fun eclectic home and we loved it! The outdoor space was also super neat, it would be super fun to get a group together to rent all 4 units and spend time together in the shared space. Overall, we definitely plan to stay here again and hopefully for longer in the future so that we can enjoy all of the obvious hard work Te puts into making her spaces special! :) Really cool and definitely recommend! Also the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect flat in a perfect location. From booking to checking out communication was great. The flat was just as described, nice and clean and was very well kitted out with everything we might need. It was nice to have a washer in the building to rinse all our salty swim suits after a day of boating. Throughly enjoyed our stay in Boca Grande.

This is a very charming apartment. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is so pretty. High ceilings, wood floors, comfortable couch and bed. There were fresh flowers in the rooms! The bathroom is large and squeaky clean.The AC was cool and crisp which was lovely at the end of a long fossil hunting day trip. The hosts really put some time in creating a lovely home. Dan is lovely and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment should you be in the Port Charlotte area.

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Laura was absolutely the best host I have ever had! She was so responsive and attentive. Everything we needed for our stay was provided (even a few extras). The bed was so comfy! The decor was cute and the feel was inviting and warm. Location…..FANTASTIC! Close to so many things; restaurants, shopping, beaches! The area was quiet and felt very safe. We made friends with the locals (Geckos) and a couple neighbors as well. We enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to book another trip with Laura 😎🦈 By the way..I would have given 10 stars if they were available. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! There you go!!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.

Inna’s place is a very nice place for snowbirds. The pond in the back yard, the warm pool and nice neighbor were just what we needed. If we get a chance we would differently stay at the Pines at Deep Creek again. The only negative was the stairs but we did it for 6 weeks!

The listing was exactly as represented on Airbnb app. Host was very responsive and made check in easy. I was also granted a 30 min extension for checkout without issue. The aesthetic was a 70’s meets Mid Century meets contemporary. The air conditioner worked very well. I prefer a soft bed, so that would count as my only detractor - bed was firm. But many like a firm bed, so that may be a personal item. 3 mins walk to beach and all items you would need to enjoy. I would readily return!!
