Holiday rentals with a fire pit in North Port

Beautiful home with comfortable bed, was just my husband and I and our 2 small dogs. Can only comment on the master with king bed. Home is beautifully decorated, well taken care of and in a good location. The shower was absolutely amazing. Our favorite part! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, it’s secure all the way around so they could run around and enjoy the yard. Would have liked a bigger comfy couch, and ice and water dispenser. That’s all I felt was missing. Great home, beautiful pool. Water was perfect temp. We enjoyed it very much!

It was the second time / year we stayed at this townhouse with our three kids all types of ages. The whole family loves the place: spacious, new, modern facilities, clean. It has a great area for cooking and have meal as a family and at the same time everyone can have the privacy they might need in 3 nice bedrooms. Great backyard with a lawn to sit outside, gas grill facility we used every night for dinner and a small sunroom to avoid mosquitos. Quiet location, away from the highway, almost no neighbors and a piece of wild jungles attached (empty lot with trees). In the working distance (just across the quiet street) you'll find 4 tennis courts (also used for pickleball), outdoor skating rink for rollerblading and basketball, a library with $10 fee for 3 months for kids to play and borrow books. Short driving distance to grocery shops: Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie (now being converted to ALDI). Several beaches in 15 minutes drive time (Blind Pass is our favorite).

Victoria is an absolute pleasure to deal with!! The house was very very clean, looked like the pictures, and had everything I needed. I was in the middle of dealing with the aftermath from hurricane Milton, I had reservations for a hotel that confirmed they had power and everything was fine. Upon arrival at hotel, they informed us they didn’t have anything available, power, or water. Last minute I was able to book Victorias place and it was a sanctuary for us in a time of need. I got a great night sleep and was able to get some laundry done. She answered any questions I had and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know coming to town! I will forever be thankful to Victoria for allowing us into her beautiful home! Thank you!

Had a great time on the water fishing in the evenings and cooking outside on the grill with an amazing view. Very spacious living room and kitchen area with comfy beds and clean bathrooms.

This home in Port Charlotte is fantastic! The key to a great stay in an Airbnb is a good host. I don't care how good the house is, if you don't have a good host your trip can be ruined. Holli is a great host! We had a minor issue with the pool and texted her about it. We were pulling out of the driveway 15 minutes later and the pool service guy was pulling in. I have not had a more responsive and proactive host before. We had 3 ocean days and 3 kayaking days as our main activities on our trip. I feel like the kayaking is downplayed on the website. There are 4 kayaks to choose from with paddles and life vests. The canals and Myakka river are great places to explore and nature watch. We went in late May and only ran into one other kayaker on our journeys. Venice and Siesta Key were our favorite nearby beaches! White sand and clear water beaches. The house was really fun and modern. We loved the smart couches and very large kitchen. Every part of the home was taken care of with love!

Wow! Such a beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnb. The location was easy to find, quite area and very safe. The rooms were spacious and very cleaned. Lots of room! The pool was such a nice feature as well. The location is about 20-30 minutes away from local beaches. Grocery stories are within a 5-10 minute drive. I would recommend this place! And I can't wait to come back and stay here in the future! Thank you again!

Wonderfully maintained unit! Clean, spacious, matched the description exactly! Was perfect for my friend and her two teenage children for their spring break to Florida! The owner is also very responsive and accommodating throughout and after the stay. Won’t hesitate to book again in the future!

This has been our best AirBnB experience yet! Marti was an awesome host! The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated! Very private but close to the beach and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and enjoyed the place so much we already booked another stay with there for later this year! The bed & pillows were comfortable and there was a nice ceiling fan! And we loved the pool!!

We felt that a few things could have been better clarified in the guide. 1. Guide startes "washing machine and separate dryer are in the utility room next to kitchen". Not so. Laundry facility is in the first building. Laundry room is pretty messy. 2. We figured out, hopefully correctly, that the whole back area from the 1st building to the last are "commons" area, since the beach area was not at our unit (#8). BBQ was not at our unit, but there were a couple in the presumably "commons" area. If this is so, we feel this should be mentioned in the guide. 3. Guide states propane tank is in the garage. There is no garage. 4. Safety concern - The deck could use some repairs. Screws and nails are loose. There is one board in which the end of one side has popped up. 5. Just a suggestion. Unit could use a full length mirror. Don't get me wrong. We enjoyed our stay, resident alligator and green iguana were a nice rustic addition.

As advertised… clean, updated and exactly what we needed. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!
