Holiday rentals with a patio in North Myrtle Beach

As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Not just a 5 star this exceeded my expectations or experience was amazing, Bob was a wonderful host, answered any questions we had in a timely manner. His home was amazing they view was beautiful, the balcony was really nice to sit and listen to the rain and just escape from just everyday life. I definitely will book Bob's place again in the future there is no doubt in my mind about that. our family vacation was definitely one in the books. I am so glad I found this place to book for our trip! Thank you Bob for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home and enjoy yourself surrounded by wonderful places to eat and shop at. you truely help made this a magical trip .

The Beach Blue Getaway was everything we were looking for! Enough space for our large family, ocean views, and within a short drive to great restaurants and things to do! We felt right at home in Katheryn’s place. She really thought ahead about the essentials and instructions we would need. We would love to come back!

Beautiful room. Amazing hosts. Only thing I gave 4 stars on was value for the money because it was a bit expensive since we booked last minute (that was on us) but we paid the extra $164 dollars for this one vs the other one because of the huge water slide that my 5yo wanted and it was closed both days. It was working and there were staff around it, but they wouldn’t open it. Amazing otherwise. Will come again!

This was a great property! Although it’s a one bedroom, with the primary bedroom being upstairs it still allowed space for myself, and my brother was able to have his own space using the Murphy bed in the living room. Both floors had a patio but the primary room’s patio was our favorite considering it was on the top floor of the building. It felt like we had our own rooftop balcony! We highly recommend this place and appreciated the owner’s consistent and prompt communication leading up to and during our stay.

Easy walk to the beach. 3rd story and not set up with any childproofing so not ideal for families with infants (I had one) but would be great for families with children 4+. Check in and check out was easy. Parking is tight, big trucks would probably not fit in parking spots. Grocery store is about 15 minutes away.

Easy to check in and responsive host. Our building code stopped working, and Stasy was able to send us a new code within minutes. There is a small convenience store located directly downstairs of the building for water, beer, beach gear, etc. Thanks for having us, Stasy. It was a great beach getaway during the CCMF!

My Wife and I recently stayed 4 weeks in this beautiful home. The other positive reviews are very accurate. The house was spotless and had the best of everything. The King Size bed was extremely comfortable. The large Kitchen has everything that you need for cooking. It was just like being at home :) We loved the private back yard to sit and relax enjoying the afternoon sun. Having our own BBQ was a big bonus. The neighbors are very friendly. It was a pleasure having Robin as the Host. We stayed at a different location last year and while we were out walking one day, we saw that this house was available to rent. I called Robin and she took us on a tour of the house. We loved it and booked it for spring 2025. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach Area for many years and this was by far the best rental. Thank you Robin. Barry and Nancy, Canada.

I had a great stay here! The place was clean and comfortable, and the beds were super comfy — we all slept really well. The pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The host was fantastic — very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Jackie's place was really great overall! Beautiful 1st floor overlooking the ocean and everything we needed to cook breakfast at home and a storage unit downstairs where there were chairs and toys for the kids. We did have an issue with the shower faucet in one of the bathrooms but we told Jackie and he came right out to check it and try to fix it. The kids also noticed some little black hairs (looked like dog hair) on the white comforter in the 2nd bedroom so might just need to be cleaned a bit better. There was also some banging coming from the pipes in the wall near the master bedroom/bathroom which we informed the owners about and they were going to contact the HOA. Overall, a great stay and a great location. A relaxing getaway!

Absolutely loved the convenience to everything we needed and wanted to do. Having the golf cart was definitely a plus!

Summer and Corey’s house was beautiful inside and out, and in a great location. Corey was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental process up until we checked out. I would highly recommend renting from them and would definitely rent again in the future.

We really enjoyed Carissa's place. The canal access, hot tub, hammocks/swings, and pleasant space were fantastic. Cherry Grove is a great part of Myrtle where you can still do fun things and get some peace. Garland

I cannot say enough positive things about this house, location, and host! This is our second stay in this beautiful and charming home. The house is very clean and complete with all you need to have a great worry free vacation! The kitchen is clean and fully stocked with plenty of dishes, and cooking utensils—includes a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied so you can enjoy a morning cup in a nice fenced in backyard. My dogs loved the backyard, and my family had plenty of room to play games and enjoy family time sitting around the fire pit. We were able to enjoy a good night’s sleep in comfortable and clean beds. The location of the house could not be better. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street with plenty of restaurants, ice cream, and shopping. Another great plus to the home is that it is next to an awesome community park with a pond, trails, and tennis/pickleball courts. The host, Jason is great also; he is responsive and provides clear and easy instructions!

Our hostess was very attentive and we were close to the boardwalk. Views were amazing and the beach was nice to walk on.

It was a nice romantic getaway for me and my boyfriend.. the room had a perfect view of the beach and the sunrise and sunset.. it had lots of towels and toiletries. Nice small kitchen set up with lots of coffee which is our favorite so we were able to have coffee in bed and not leave the room so early.. it was very peaceful .. I would definitely come to stay again

We booked this unit specifically for the grab bar and the step in shower of the master bedroom suite. This is an absolutely beautiful unit on the eighth floor of Windemere condo complex. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you will find inside. The kitchen is really nicely stocked - everything you need when it comes to cooking utensils, pots, and pans, but what was really nice were all of the extras that most condos don’t supply like lots of cleaning products underneath the sink, lots of extra garbage bags, a full basket of various spices to cook with, plastic wrap, etc. The master bedroom mattress is VERY firm. The mechanical blinds in the master bedroom do leave in a fair amount of exterior ambient light. If this is a problem for you, plan accordingly with a sleep mask. This was our first time to the North Myrtle Beach area- this is one of the best “walkable” beaches we’ve ever been to. Nice and flat & wide. We can’t wait to return.

My husband and I loved staying here. Very easy to access, clean and cozy. Great location (close to great restaurants) and the view is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We would definitely stay again!
