Holiday rentals with a patio in North Miami Beach

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

The staff, Yana and Oscar, were extremely friendly and proactive about ensuring my wife and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay for my birthday. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Miami Beach and you should as well! Vanessa and Daniel

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

Wow where can I start? I’ve been to FL multiple times and at a variety of Airbnbs. This BnB was hands down the BEST one I’ve ever stayed at in FL. It had literally every single thing you can think of, smelled fresh, nice and cool, everything spotless. Cutely decorated and modern. Even had a couple of complimentary water bottles in the fridge for me. Felt like a home away from home truly. Parking right in front the door, safe area esp at night. Perfect for solo females or couples. Honestly I thought so hard about anything could’ve been different or better. Only thing would be a little roof on top of the door for the rain but that was it. Otherwise my stay was PERFECT couldn’t have been better. The hosts were responsive & genuinely care about place and it shows. Even gave me a later checkout with no extra charge. I can go on & on about how great of a place this is but don’t think about it just BOOK NOW. Thank you SurFlo for hosting me. I will be back soon! You now have a forever guest

I had a great stay at this property. There is a gate that I appreciated for added security! Getting in was easy and the instructions were clear. Rooms were small but free of clutter and very clean. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. The kitchen area was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, and silverware. They also had a small laundry area that had detergent pods which came in so handy as we were in and out of the pool so washing was a must! The pool/patio area was very neat and organized and we loved it so much! Pool was spacious and deeper in the middle and at night had beautiful lights. They have a mini fridge that fit all of our drinks perfectly. We used the grill and it was small but worked great. There was Walmart and Publix nearby for essential needs and was easy to get around. Area was quiet. I definitely recommend.

I really liked everything. Juan Carlos is a nice and attentive person. He responded to messages very quickly. We rented the house for one month and so I asked the owner for a vacuum cleaner and, if possible, a grill. Juan Carlos brought everything the same day. It was very nice to find small gifts for my family in the apartment. Also, the house has everything you need for living and relaxing (beach umbrella and blanket, toys for children, a small folding cot and a lot of everything, even extra blankets, caps, thermal bags). Also, the owner made the backyard very beautiful and green with beautiful orchids and a place for a picnic. I recommend this accommodation for relaxation. My family will remember the vacation here with pleasure.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay at Martin’s place. We felt at home and it was less than 4 miles from the beach which was the reason for our visit. Martin is very accommodating and responsive to any requests you may have while on your stay. I would highly recommend you stay here if in the area. Very reasonable pricing and we will be staying here again if we visit the area.

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

Great Stay! Looks better in person! Super clean and neat! Ac was on blast so the room stayed perfectly cold! Which I loooooved in this heat! Had soap, shampoo, iron, blow dryer etc. definitely will be staying again when I come down! 5 out of 5 🤩

Pros: Gorgeous balcony, great amount of space for 2 people, open concept kitchen, location, pool cons: bed and bedding and furniture could all be updated. Worth investing in IMO, some more towels. All and all, an incredible unit for a couple or a girls trip. Thank you :)

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

Second time staying here— incredible place, incredible hosts, everything g is immaculate.

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

I love everything about my stay so comfy felt right as home , 5 stars is not enough I love it great experience.
