Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Miami Beach

I can’t begin to explain how thankful me and my husband are to be able to stay in Gabby and Christian’s home. Our AC broke during the memorial weekend hindering all of our plans to be home. We had no AC for 5 days total Friday- Tuesday and I originally was trying to resolve by getting portable acs which didn’t work at all. We decided to book this Airbnb which is 5 minutes from our house and it was the best decision we ever made. Not only were Gaby and Christian super empathetic and attentive to our needs. We were able to bring our dog who was overheating and potentially saved us from having heat exhaustion. Our house reached 92 degrees without AC and our dog was panting. When we arrived we felt so at home very happy to cool off. The complimentary pool really added a nice touch. The bathrooms are amazing! Water pressure strong and clean layout. Wait until you see the bath tub my favorite feature the bathrobes and slippers really make you feel like you’re at a spa. Thank you again!

Great stay, clean place and very vibey

I really liked everything. Juan Carlos is a nice and attentive person. He responded to messages very quickly. We rented the house for one month and so I asked the owner for a vacuum cleaner and, if possible, a grill. Juan Carlos brought everything the same day. It was very nice to find small gifts for my family in the apartment. Also, the house has everything you need for living and relaxing (beach umbrella and blanket, toys for children, a small folding cot and a lot of everything, even extra blankets, caps, thermal bags). Also, the owner made the backyard very beautiful and green with beautiful orchids and a place for a picnic. I recommend this accommodation for relaxation. My family will remember the vacation here with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

The place was exceptionally clean and peaceful. The air conditioning was already on when we arrived, making it cool and comfortable right from the start. The photos accurately represent the home—it’s just as spacious and well-kept as shown. The owner maintained great communication and was very responsive, even before check-in. I highly recommend staying here—you’re sure to enjoy it!

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

Wir haben bei Dimas 11 Tage gewohnt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Eine tolle Lage. Täglich waren wir am Ozean, am wunderschönen Strand, der in vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Linie 100, die einen für 2,25 USD zum South Beach, zum Hafen oder Downtown bringt. Alternativ kann man auch einen kostenlosen Trolley nehmen. Dafür geht man ca. 3 Minuten zur nächsten Haltestelle. Die Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und sogar eine Selbstbedienungswäscherei sind auch ganz in der Nähe und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Küche findet man das Geschirr und elektronische Getränke. Da gibt es keinen Herd. Das wussten wir aber schon aus der Beschreibung. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Im Bad ist auch alles gut im Schuss. Viele Handtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Für die Strand - Ausrüstung sind wir sehr dankbar. Wenn wir wieder in Miami sind, buchen wir mit Sicherheit wieder bei Dimas!

I loved my stay at Monte Carlo the views were great, everything was clean and they had everything i needed for the washer and dryer, to do the dishes, to wash my hair and body, etc. My stay was amazing 10/10 place.

Amazing little place. Very close to everything. Quiet too! I was very happy. Also, they were attentive and helped out with any questions! A+

Excelente ubicación, fácil entrada y salida, lo único que diría es que el sofá cama no es cómodo. Diria que es un alojamiento más para dos personas (parejas) pero de resto maravilloso.

Highly recommend Alex and Sofi place for any short stay at Miami beach,you wont miss anything of miami beauty in this location, close for everything and right at the beach.Friendly front desk personal and super smooth check in with towels offered at anytime you want go to beach,Very Good AC for miami hot weather...we re going to comeback for sure

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place was beautiful and had an unbelievable view of the water and Miami skyline - especially at night. Great place, would definitely stay again!

This is an awesome location accessible to the design shopping district. The parking is free! Most importantly the condo feels like HOME. Highly recommended.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Jason and Dave’s rental was beyond our expectations it very close to great restaurants and shopping locations. Through out our stay they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy you trip we can’t wait to come back to visit ☺️

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.
