I have stayed at the stadium house several times and I have never had any issues, It is always very clean and it Is definitely the place I try to book when I travel to Cedar Rapids

i've been using airbnb for a decade and i've stayed in spots around the country and globe, but this has to be my best airbnb experience by far! the place was stocked like an actual home, which meant i could cook in the kitchen, use multiple towels, clean up with supplies (all necessary for me as someone staying three weeks). there were no unreasonable or extreme rules, the hosts were relaxed, friendly, and super responsive! this house is also just outside by downtown, so very centrally located, while still being on a quiet street. about a five minute walk to the stores, restaurants, etc. as well as to the dey writers house where the iowa writers workshop is

I came with my family for my Graduation and the host Katherine is amazing, welcoming and very responsive! The house is very clean and cozy, with settle art, comfy beds, everything works is well taken care of in a quiet historic neighborhood which is less than 10 minutes away from nearby restaurants and bars. Highly recommended! Thank you very much for hosting my family and I!

We spent an entire month at this charming home and loved every minute of it! The house was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The cozy sectional, in front of the large screen TV, was a delightful luxury that we now think we can’t live without. The bedding and mattresses were also incredibly comfortable —and will be sorely missed. For us, the location was ideal—close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The neighbors we met were friendly and went out of their way to be kind. This fantastic house, with its amazing hosts, is our new favorite place to stay in Cedar Rapids.

We were in town for a wrestling clinic at the college and we felt right at home. There are many things to do within a short drive. We did some hiking every day and dined out at some pretty fantastic restaurants. Everybody was friendly and it was easy to get around town. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at Brady’s place! The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

An absolutely charming home, in character with a charming residential neighborhood, located a very short walk (less than two blocks) from an excellent and scenic neighborhood cafe/bakery, and located within striking distance from the heart of downtown, but still quiet. It was well-appointed, with all amenities, easy access and on-site parking. This was one of the most user-friendly experiences I have had at an Airbnb rental. Angela was proactive in communicating, accessible via text and phone and friendly and welcoming.

A wonderful place to stay near everything but yet in a quiet space.

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

We came into town for a reunion on campus. The house was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go, but also in a quiet and peaceful spot. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated and supplied. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to coming back at some point.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need. There were so many little extras in the apartment that it was obvious that a lot of thought has gone into setting it up. If someone is very tall however they might have trouble sleeping in the trundle bed as it is quite short. I loved the blinds that can fold down from the top to let in daylight but also allow for privacy. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment. A very idyllic spot, with a ravine. All the amenities plus extra. They supplied not only extra towels, beddings, linens, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, body lotion, etc etc, there was eggs, milk, orange juice, chips and dip, carrot sticks, tomatoes, fresh fruit, lots of teas, different of cereal, keurig coffee maker, Brita water filter, BBQ grill, cheese and crackers, a whole loaf of bread, butter, peanut butter, pasta, pasta sauce…. Wow!!! The place was beautifully planned in a quiet neighborhood. We felt so pampered. They have 2 dogs but they didn’t bark much. Only one time we heard noise from their unit upstairs at almost 11 pm. Dawn said she was painting a bench and quieted down immediately when I texted her. Not a big problem.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

I was in town for a weeklong event. The place was lovely, friendly and fun neighborhood with many great food spots but was quiet after dark. Easy walk to campus.

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet nice neighborhood, Very close to a lot. Great Place-very clean, nice and Jose went above and beyond. Would recommend. If ever in the area-would choose again.

The place was perfect for my family. Very clean, great location with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Host responded very fast and was extremely helpful!

Great location!!! Walking distance to shops and dining. I’m a towel snob, and Ross provided thick comfy towels, high quality bedding and high end amenities. The condo was just as pictured, the view was a quaint little outdoor eating area. Everything was perfect!

I was traveling to Iowa City to work at the hospital. Tina was wonderful. Her place is spotless and had everything I needed. We would talk for a bit on most days whenever we saw each other. She's a great person and excellent host. Very respectful and considerate of her guests, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the listing is what's there. 10/10, would highly recommend! The outdoor patio is a great place to relax when the weather isn't too humid. Parking at the hospital is $20 a day so I used an e-scooter, which ended up being faster than driving the 2 miles, finding a spot, and walking to the hospital. There are a lot of restaurants in between. Peninsula Park is maybe a quarter mile down the road from Tina's with trails, dog park, and golfing (disc and ball).

Great place to stay. Great location. Walkable to local restaurants and stores. Condo was well equipped with everything you’d need including water, coffee, cooking utensils and supplies and extra cleaning supplies. Comfortable bed and linens. We felt at home during our stay.
