Holiday rentals with a patio in North Hutchinson Island

Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. Everything was meticulously maintained and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. If you're looking for a place to disconnect and find tranquility, look no further, truly. David is a great host. Easy to reach if you have any questions and his place is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed how cozy it was and it had all the amenities we needed. Most of all, we loved how well the AC worked and how close the home was to the beach.

Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Peaceful location. VERY clean! Lindsay was so friendly and quick to respond. She even gave us a heads up about a rocket launch and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We would definitely come back! Loved it!! The view and the beach were amazing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful place close to beach access. Great rooms and beds. Loved the patio and chairs. Easy parking and access. Kitchen was very nice. Totally recommend.

We can't say enough about the apartment. It is so attractive, and we loved the white-on-white palette. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's a great shower, plenty of new bath and bed linens and LOTS of extra touches, e.g., velvet coat hangers (dozens of them). Everything is clearly and neatly described/labeled. And very importantly, everything is so clean! The beach, with miles of private shoreline, is fabulous and only a very short walk away. It was wonderful to start each day watching the sun rise over the ocean. Victoria was very responsive. She has created a gem of a get-away.

Such a great experience staying here! Exactly what we were looking for and had lots of amenities. Ralph is a great host! We are definitely looking to stay here again in the future!

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and fresh. The pool was amazing and there was nothing this host did not think of that was provided, from beach chairs to a beach bag to pool noodles. The ambience of the pool deck with the lighting was perfect. The surroundings with the lush plants were beautiful. It was a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

The River House was a great place for our family to have some much needed destressing for the start of the summer. The back yard is beautiful overlooking Long Creek. Birds, fish, alligators and the occasional dolphin brought a next level experience to our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock catching: catfish, mangrove snapper, tilapia and snook. The back patio provides ample space to work on your tan around the pool. The pool is not large but perfect for cooling off and floating around. It is important to note that there are only 2 pool lounge chairs. The covered area is great for al fresco dinning and a show presented by the wildlife teeming within the protected preserve that surrounds you. The house was very clean and as described the showers are as amazing as they look. There were a few issues that Melissa was very responsive too. Great Stay

David was very responsive! He was able to accommodate a bit of an earlier check in that my family appreciated as we landed earlier. The home was amazing with modern finishes with a great pool, fireplace, and grill that we used every day and night. Also, having a mini fridge outside and an ice machine made it fun to really embrace the evenings. There was plenty of towels and the bedrooms were set up very organized with plenty of linens. My daughters loved the bunk bed room and the games/toys that were in there. The landscaping is immaculate and really beautiful with butterflies flying around to add to the ambiance. We were able to get to a Publix and a Costco within 10-15 minutes as well. Very memorable trip with my family and parents.

Jeffery was very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and perfectly labeled and organized for guests. They had everything you could need, the private pool was a game changer. If you are looking to go to the beach it is about 20 mins away and about 15 mins from shopping (Publix/ Fresh Market, etc.). This is not in a gated community nor are the side walks for easy walking, but overall we felt very safe and had a great stay!

We loved the set up ! Very roomy and well organized! One of our favorite ARNB so far! We visit Vero regularly and will definitely enjoy being here again. 2 miles from airport!

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with tons of amenities! While it was in a large gated neighborhood it still had a very quiet and private feel. Everything we needed to go to the beach was available in the condo, chairs, umbrellas, towels all included. 10/10 would stay again!

If you are looking for a place to stay, THIS IS IT!! The location and views are absolutely stunning. The condo is immaculate, easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Michael is an incredible host. He was quick to respond and has thought of and provided everything you might possibly need during your stay. Really truly worth every penny!

Beautiful condo, plenty of amenities as listed. Pools were spotless, She checked in on us shortly after arriving. Left a manual with answers to every question possible. 1 would definitely stay here again.

Alfonso was very positive and responded quickly to several questions; this unit is very clean and in very good repair, with very pleasant AC, the WiFi & 2-TV’s work well, the kitchen implements are adequately provided, the bathrooms are well appointed (excellent large shower), and they were very clean. Parking is adequate & secure with distributed “handicap” spaces. The gated secure feature is staffed 24/7 with patrols & parking screening. Also an excellent very large complex swim-pool area is available. Last, the regularly distributed community waste bins are frequently emptied so the residents are not exposed to unpleasant aspects of the warm climate & waste-bins!!

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

Very nice place to stay. Extremely comfortable king size bed large walk-in shower plenty of closet space with TVs in the bedroom and the living room. Great location close to everything. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a very clean and well laid out. The place was walking distance to the pools, beach, fitness center, tennis courts, tiki bar. It’s quiet but plenty to do around the area. We would certainly stay here again in the future if we’re back in the area.
