Holiday rentals with a patio in North Houston

Our stay was very comfortable, peaceful and very quiet. We were looking forward to a quiet getaway and this was the perfect place for that. We were concerned after we made the reservation and found out about the stairs. However there was some very helpful young men in the house upfront. I believe they were Rhonda's children or family members. We appreciated their assistance with our luggage. Orelia

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Beautiful, well maintained apartment….looked identical to the pictures. The dog park was an added bonus! Nicole was very responsive and all instructions were perfect! I would definitely stay again 😃

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

Stayed her a few nights with some friends and had an absolute blast! The house was amazing and we loved the hot tub. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall amazing stay!

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. Always a pleasure coming back to Jair’s house. Jair & Perla are awesome hosts and always so accommodating even days or weeks in advance. Incredible value for money! Spotless place, it has a nice backyard, and it saved us from the Houston heat. The host was very proactive in reaching out and giving us clear instructions. The check-in and check-out experience was easy.

Would definitely book again. Everything was great. Great place to get away with friends. Host was very helpful and a quick responder to message. Although you’re not allowed to control the Ac unit. You are given fans in each room which was a bonus for me.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Zenobia and Nga are amazing. Their place is clean, upscale, and welcoming. Its location is very convenient too. It’s downtown and close to many key locations. The check in/ out was easy and the hosts are extremely helpful. Their communication was on point and they promptly extended my stay when my flight got delayed. When I find myself back in H-town , you know where I’ll be staying!!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

We love the place. It’s nice and very clean. The great thing is very very close to Vietnamese food restaurants and market. Definitely book again if come in Houston im the future I would recommend it.
