We had a great time - beautiful house in a terrific location. Super convenient for Phillips Academy if that's why you're in the area. Nancy was very attentive (and actually lives in an apartment downstairs) so was able to do lots of nice things for us like bake us a coffee cake and make floral centerpieces. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

Cottage 2 br, well equipped kitchen and nice extra porch enclosed and furnished beachy decor. Backyard comfortable adirondack chairs for sitting. Near to beach with free parking if spots are available. plenty of restaurants and grocery nearby. Last cottage in the row and was quiet. Pool and hot tub on property. Would rent again.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Great Place. Great location. Minutes walk to ocean. Everything you need in the condo. Indoor pool, Beach chairs, towels, fridge, grill, air fryer, cooking utensils. This place had it all. Really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location! Right on the beach. Beautiful gardens. Bird feeders gave us some view of the wildlife. The indoor porch was a spectacular place to sit and surround yourself with natural light. Roku TV allows you to easily connect your streaming platforms. We appreciate the kitchen basics provided.... basic spices and oils are a nice touch and very helpful. Very comfortable.

This place was beyond what I could have hoped for. Squeaky clean, elegantly decorated, amazing location, safe surroundings and I will be only staying at their well maintained and upscale locations. The unit was stocked with amenities I didn't expect, including an air fryer! I stayed here for my birthday with my kids and mother and we all agreed this is our new home away from home when we go to Hampton Beach, NH. Amazing hosts with amazing properties! HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a well stocked, SAFE, and beautiful stay in Ha.pton Beach. 3 min walk to the boardwalk!

Jason is a great host! The inside is beautiful and felt like home. Everything is a 5 or 10 minute walk. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed as an extended family of 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 small dog, for a family member's big birthday. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous. There were actually 5 bedrooms each with a queen bed, which is more than what was described, so that's fine. There was everything we needed, except maybe they ran out of dishwasher detergent, but that was easy for us to get on our own. We love that the property is so close to restaurants, seafood market, a music / event hall and arcade. The beach was sandy and just lovely. Jenn and Matt replied quickly whenever we had a question.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

Beautiful home and quiet location away from traffic but yet close enough to all the shopping, restaurants, and beautiful beaches

If you’re new to the area or a Rye traveler alumni, this place provides everything you could ever need. With plenty of space for a family up to 5, you can take a short 4 minute stroll to the beach amongst a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Avoiding the parking of Rye beach, you have the option to come and go at the beach and its restaurants and shops with ease. Further, its access to Locke road puts you in an easy spot to travel to Portsmouth or other nearby cities/towns for additional food/activities. Rained in? No worries as the home has been made to feel like a home and not just a place to stay. A large tv and ample seating creates a fun movie night, along with plenty of board/card games and a fully stocked kitchen to cook up a warm/healthy meal! Worth the stay, and worth the adventure we took all the way from Illinois!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house felt larger than what we anticipated. Loved the location and easy walk to harbor. Uncle Oscar trip to Isles of Shoals was nice. Beds were comfy. Had a little issue with the access code on arrival, but Brian responded very quickly and problem was solved. We appreciated all of the toys since we had several small children with us.

We had a perfect stay. The house was spacious, comfortable, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. Steve and Jen were friendly and responsive hosts.

Cottage by the sea was the perfect place for a family with small children! The backyard was perfect for outside dinners, relaxing, and playing games! Walking distance (10 min ish) to foss beach to see a sunrise and such a quick drive to Wallis sands or Jenness beach! Joel and Lauren were awesome and quick to answer with questions and recommendations! We surely will be back!

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

My husband and I chose to stay at Lisa’s beach house for a quick visit to Boston to finish out our vacation week in Maine. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the house was just a short stroll down to the beach. Lisa was the best host I’ve ever worked with! She was so responsive and checked on us frequently and had great respect for our privacy. She also gave us great tips and recommendations for the area. The only thing I’d like to mention is that the beach house does have a connected guest house that also gets rented out, but they do have separate entrances/locked doors between them. I don’t recall seeing that mentioned anywhere in the description, so we were just surprised by it, but we had no issues during our short stay. We’d love to come back again and spend more time in Salisbury!

Kareem’s house was just what we needed! It was super clean, comfortable & made you feel right at home. He was so kind to even share directions and walking distances to surrounding popular areas and even gave some recommendations! Whenever I would reach out to him I would get a response in a timely manner! Thank you Kareem for helping us have a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Larissa’s place. Place was very clean and cutely decorated with beach theme. Appreciated the games as unfortunately it rained most of the time. But the beach view was lovely from the balcony and we got 1 sunrise! Beds were comfortable. Only negative was the noise from the street (both cars and people) at night made it difficult to sleep. But we live in the country and are used to quiet. Highly recommend Lola’s Kitchen !!
