Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Devon District

Lovely stay! Helen’s place was bigger than we expected from the photos! The location is fantastic - Helen sent a huge list of recommendations of places to go/where to eat etc which was so helpful. I read a couple of reviews about the noise on the street which is minimal (just murmurs of voices as they walk past). I would highly recommend!

Very neat flat in the middle of Woolacombe. Pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and shops all within short walking distance. The are has so many walks and running routes as well as great swimming and surfing so great for active folk. Will definitely look to see if available again as this place is perfect for the area

The apartment was 5 stars all the way. Beautiful location, sophisticated decor, hi tech appliances and stunning views. Chris and Tanya were helpful and responsive, it was an exceptionally enjoyable stay

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

A lovely space to stay. One very large spacious room with a luxurious bathroom and separate shower. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. Very clean with good towels and bedding. Lovely quiet area but close to moors, Lynmouth and Lynton. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay again. Thank you Carolynn.

Christina was a friendly and helpful host. The house and gardens are beautiful with wonderful views of the church and surrounding countryside. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious and we appreciated the breakfast of cereals, fresh croissants, butter, jam and orange juice. A peaceful and relaxing stay. What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

This is a beautiful cottage tucked away among lush woods and a stream. There are lots of footpaths on your doorstep and Porlock is a short walk away for shops / cafes etc. There's also a play park nearby. The location is a great base for exploring the local area. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a lovely sun room. All was clean and the hosts were helpful and responsive. We really appreciated the personalised welcome goodies! The maps and other local info came in handy. We had car trouble while were there and the host was so kind and understanding, which made a stressful situation easier. I would recommend this property and thanks again to Denys and Carole for having us.

The only regrettable thing about our stay- is that we didn’t stay for longer! What a gem Blue Pebbles is- ideally situated for amazing views from the patio and balcony, for coastal walks or for beach days literally on your doorstep. The house is spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped- a real home from home and we had a superb time with fabulous weather too. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated and we will definitely be returning to Blue Pebbles to enjoy everything the house and the area has to offer. Thankyou for sharing this holiday gem with us- we loved every minute of our stay x

Had a really lovely stay. A lovely place within walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage was delightful and our hosts provided fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, milk, juice, butter, gorgeous fresh bread plus many other useful items. Really thoughtful touches. They were right next door but we only saw them when we arrived and left. We had a very restful stay. Loved the bedroom and superb shower. We could walk into Barnstaple in 15 minutes and enjoyed pleasant trips to Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth. Sat and enjoyed coffee (and wine) in the awesome garden which Robert aptly described as a 'sea of daisies' Thank you for making us welcome and allowing us to feel relaxed!

Lovely little base to come back to in the evening. Good location for exploring Devon. Tucked away so you don't feel overlooked. Appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Comfy bed. Enjoyed watching the birds & dragonflies in the garden. Nice people. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

The Engine barn is fabulous holiday home - ideal for large families or groups of friends. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. The master bedroom is huge with a very comfortable bed. All other bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms were great - loads of hot water. There is plenty of parking. The hot tub is fabulous and has a gorgeous view over the fields. Laurence and his family were really friendly and helpful and excellent hosts. The games room looked great - we did not have time to use it this time. The snug was handy for our toddlers and they loved seeing the sheep and goats. The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed- we would definitely stay again.

Just returned home from a lovely few days at Julia's property. Julia and Clive were great hosts who communicated well before and during our stay. They were there to greet us on arrival (and were at hand throughout if required) but they gave us our privacy too. The property itself was totally amazing!! It is beautifully decorated with top spec mod cons...and it was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed the first floor living and fully appreciated the amazing views across the fields towards the sea from the kitchen window. Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Julia has a beautiful garden and we spent each evening sitting outside enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside and waiting for the sunset. The location of the property was perfect for us as we were completing a couple of sections of the SWCP in the area. We also enjoyed exploring Bude and surrounding area. We would love to return to this property in the future.

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Beautiful accommodation. But because we are 80 we felt a little isolated as we couldn’t manage to walk from the property, it would be better suited for younger fit guests

It’s a great flat in a great location. Slight hiccup with hot water but Dean sorted promptly. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very close to the university which was the purpose of our visit. Our host was very friendly and was excellent at communicating with us. We would 100% stay at this property again.
