In a leafy conservation area of Plymouth,near to the popular Royal William Yard and approximately 30 mins walk from the historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe and the City Centre. There is a large bedroom/living area with a superking bed which can also be made into 2 twin beds on request.Also, a galley kitchen area and shower room. Soundproofed from the rest of the house.

The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. Excellent restaurants a mere 15 minute walk away down a country lane & 2 pubs in 10 mins, after all who wants to cook!. We have a sweeping drive but once at the property it's level as is the Suite . Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs, enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.
