A beautiful location, would 100% want to come back and stay here again.

My family loved our stay. great walking trails in the redwood forest just down the driveway. The place was easy to find. We would definitely book again.

Lovely cabin, a little out of town, next to a wonderful area of trails. Had a great time. The pellet stove was a little intimidating at first but then I realized how simple it was. It’ll be cold in the cabin in the morning, but that just makes the big comfy bed feel that much cozier. We couldn’t have been happier there.

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

This cottage is the perfect private getaway in the woods! A beautiful meadow surrounded by forest, pleasant and comfortable cabin amenities, and a magical (private) outdoor shower filled with ferns made this a wonderful place to stay! Built by the owners, close to the forest and the beach, so amazing.

The property is beautiful. My two kids (2 and 4) loved wandering the grounds, saying hi to the goats, chickens, and dogs. The guesthouse is very well kept and kitchen had everything we needed. My husband and I agreed it's one of the nicer Airbnbs we have stayed at. We will definitely be back!

Nancy's place had windows everywhere, and was light and bright. It was so charming, set away in its own space, with a nice little patio. Felt very cozy and comfortable and worlds away from everything. In case you need a friend to keep you company, the dogs are around for some pets and a game of catch the stick, or for guarding the orchard. I liked the peace/quiet at night, but also liked knowing we were relatively close to town and didn't have to drive far to access food and the beach. Nancy is a special host with deep knowledge of the area, and is a great communicator. Could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend her cottage for a stay if you need some R&R.

This was my second time staying at the Tiny House - the first time being eight years ago. Not much has changed, and that's a good thing. A lovely little space for one or two people, as long as you are comfortable with the detached bathroom. Very close to Mendo by car.

this was such a luxurious, relaxing stay! sparkling clean, smelled fresh and looked like no one had ever stayed before me. there’s perfectly placed storage for everything, beautiful applinces, a dreamy shower and extra comfy + cozy furniture. you can open it up to feel even bigger with the patio, i enjoyed most of my meals and wine out there with a book. this space was a reprieve for me with enough nature to relax without committing to being outdoorsy. the property as a whole is beautiful and secluded while remaining conveniently located— i love having the combination of privacy but a nearby host as a solo traveler to feel comfortable. do yourself a favor and stay here with your partner, bestie or take a solo couple days off like i did. PS — any plant based friends MUST try Blossom & Root in downtown Danville, amazing food and drinks!

We had a great stay at The Mini Retreat! The location was easy to access, and check-in was seamless. There was plenty of street parking available, and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Despite being a tiny home, the space felt surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed! The amenities were great, the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the place was spotless, and it even had a kitchen which was a big plus for us. We definitely recommend this cozy spot to anyone looking for a unique and convenient stay!

Carl is a fantastic host. His cabin is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need as a home base for exploring the beautiful North Coast. The cabin is surrounded by redwood trees and is very private. We'll be back again for sure!

This is a small space, but it’s clean, well appointed, and private. It has great off road parking and is safe. The yard is wonderful and is one of the best values in Eureka. The hosts are very friendly and considerate. I will always look for availability in this place first when traveling to Eureka. I’ve stayed here multiple times.

We had a lovely time at Richard and Yuka’s guesthouse. They were very kind and welcoming. We could access all the Sea Ranch amenities if we wished to do so (pool, pickleball, tennis, lodge). We took some gorgeous walks a short drive away. The Sea Ranch Chapel is a wonder unto itself. Any restaurants require a bit of a drive and the guesthouse has limited cooking capacity so do plan ahead. Overall a lovely stay with a lovely family.

Karen's place was amazing! It looks beautiful in the photos and even better in real life. It's so peaceful—we saw deer and foxes from the balcony. The wonderful view from the hot tub is also so nice. It's one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Location, privacy, size, etc, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Timbers Suite- the view was fantastic- we found the trails to the bluff- always a magnificent sight! Bed was comfortable, we cooked a few meals in the kitchen which had all needed, ( we brought or bought the food). Enjoyed the peace, shopping, and the smell of juniper and eucalyptus sea air. Just the vacation we needed. Thank you to the host for such a nice time. And we were able to bring our dog- an extra treat!

Martin and his accommodations were the BEST!! We are already planning our next stay.

Can’t say enough good things about the cozy cabin we stayed in. If you want a timeless, disconnected, cabin-in-the-woods experience, stay at Juliette’s place. Wish I could live here all the time… the host Peter was super kind and welcoming, too. Ask him about Mendocino in the 70s

This little house is great for a retreat from a bustling environment. There’s so much to do and see around. Elisa was super friendly and hospitable. The nature surrounding the house is magnificent as well!

Beautiful little cabin. We loved being right on the water. Fished right off the dock, kayaks available to use, bbq on the deck with plenty of seating and a fire pit to sit around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Stayed 1 night at Pat’s great little place. It’s perfect for two and we had great weather the next day for a peaceful coffee in the sun. Pat gave us plenty of space but we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to her and her friends. The bedroom and bathroom in the place are lovely and decorated with a beach theme which is quite tastefully done. The keurig and free coffee was a bonus 👌

We only made a pit stop on our trip at this location but it was great, cool little stop with lots of of big treees and the Pacific Ocean just a short ride away

An ideal relaxing place right by a beach oasis. Sigward was really thoughtful about our stay and overall experience. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The garden is full of flowers and eucalyptus trees, and the spa is peaceful and private. The space is bright, very clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The bed was super comfortable and the comforter nice and warm. We especially loved the owner’s artwork displayed throughout the cottage—it adds such a personal touch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Tilden Park is just 10 minutes away and perfect for nature walks. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back!
